Sad that Chipotle is better . Thought I’d give this Mom and Pop place a try never again . also chill on the salt You the owner would you eat that meat sitting in a container that comes in a bag!?

I've been coming here for the past few years. Food used to be great, portions generous. Today, unfortunately, will be the last time I set foot in this place. The price of food is high, no doubt, but to charge high and skimp on the quality of food is ridiculous. I ordered some steak tacos and the meat used was completely disgusting. I would trust Taco Bell meat over this. Not sure if this is a temporary change, but I'm not wasting another dime to find out. Good thing there's another place to try just down the street. Look elsewhere!

Very good chicken flautas! The rice and beans are tasty. The staff is friendly and the place is clean,I'll be sure to try more items on the menu.

First time visiting, on recommendation of friends. I was impressed with the amount of food I got - literally enough for 2 meals for me. The barbacoa was spicy and delicious. The beans were creamy and a perfect counterpart to the spice. The churro was the best finishing touch. I enjoyed it and will be back! I didn't take a picture - I was hungry and it was making my mouth water!

We had just moved to the area and every time we would go back and forth from the old house to the new house we would drive past this restaurant. It looked small and it didn’t catch our attention much. But yesterday we decided to give it a try and we loved it. My parents became good friends with the staff that same day. It was such a great experience that we decided to go again today because it was so close to us. First of all the staff were extremely friendly. They would check in on us multiple times without making it awkward or very constant. Then if you wanted to talk with them they would listen and you could have a casual conversation without feeling like your talking to strangers. They made you feel welcome while in many other places, they just want you to leave so they can pick up the tip. Secondly, the food was amazing. I ordered a hamburger and a steak sope. The rest of the table ordered an “Al pastor” torta, a steak burrito, and a taco dinner(two “Al pastor” tacos and one steak taco). It was all great. The amount of meat inside everything was insane. Everything was well made. The burrito is massive and filled with a lot of everything. For the drinks we all ordered Horchata. It was amazing, It was so long since I had tasted Horchata like this. By the time we got full, we still had food left to take home. The price is fair, I mean you get what you paid for. Don’t get me wrong either it is not expensive at all considering the amount of food we ordered. Finally, the place is small but cozy. It can get really crowded at times but it’s manageable. There is a certain smell sometimes that can get bad but it’s due to the area the restaurant is located in and the staff can’t do anything about it but don’t worry it goes away. Also, they have benches in case you want to eat outside. Overall a great Mexican restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for great authentic Mexican food with great quality. It's a family restaurant that puts lots of love into what they do and in general just great people. Easy 5 out of 5.

This was some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. The giant burrito was the size of my head and stuffed full of delicious filling. The person behind the counter was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this little restaurant. Don’t let the exterior fool you.

Finally stopped into Tortacos tonight after hearing about the place from a few different people (wish I would’ve gone in sooner) They have delicious flavored tender meat in the 3 different tacos we tried (steak, barbacoa, & buche) the beans were awesome definitely homemade and I love that the rice has no veggies in it! Also, the tamales were just like eating my husbands grandmas homemade tamales definitely a bonus for us. The menu is simple but the options available are really delicious and worth coming into support this small business. Marco, his wife Maria and their daughter were all working together tonight. Other than the food being so delicious their kindness and sense of family really make it easy to keep going back!If you live here or are in town and you love authentic Mexican food this is your spot.

Ordered for the first time, just a steak taco dinner, and it was the most unbearable thing I’ve eaten. The amount of salt seasoning on the steak was more like all salt, no steak. Guacamole came super brown. What a waste.

Best pork tacos I have ever had. The other meats are good too, but the pork is out of this world. Those tacos are second only to the pork torta. I never have to worry because the owners do all the cooking every day, so it is always as good as I remember.
