Went to the Lombard IL Burger King today on St Charles Rd only to find out they are no longer offering the Mix & Match deal, so I drove away without ordering anything. Very disappointed ☹️

There was a guy that worked here at least 6 days a week. Very friendly, very hard working. I have a particular order that I change all the time and he ALWAYS got it right and fast even though I'm ordering from the dinner menu at 5:30 am. Then one day he was gone. The woman there said he was fired, I asked if she knew why. She said "They do that here!" I couldn't believe they let go of such a hard-working guy. If I knew who he was, I'd try to recruit him. Anyway, now they morning lady is rude, and couldn't care less about my particular order. I may have to find a new place for breakfast. I hope that guy finds a place that appreciates his hard work.Dietary restrictions: Plant based.

I think Burger King is better than McDonald's. I absolutely love their food and if they can make a comeback I'd be thrilled. I wonder how many people fire up a flat grill in their yard? It's always a nice open flame that makes the food delicious and remember to click tongs three times before you touch food or the curse will get you!

The BAD: the older manager and female employees will just straight up ignore you. They will lock eyes with you as you pull past the windows, an hour before close, and then never take your order. If you go to the window or the door they will actively move around to hide behind things so they don’t have to work. They will pick up their phone and start texting as they are supposed to be giving you change. Whatever GM is in chart of keeping these idiots around needs to start doing some work and get rid of these useless losers. Imagine how many thousands of dollars you are losing by letting these idiots rob your sales. Dont stay open until midnight if you are going to tell people no at 9:40, and on top of that, drop the attitude. You chose to work fast foot, not me. Also to the always angry Asian dude who looks like he is coming off a meth binge, just calm down bro, you don’t need to be screaming and having breakdowns at work in front of people. I literally watched you call the police on someone for asking for their food to be corrected. Be better.The GOOD: This place just hired some new guy, named Ken or Kai or something, big guy with short reddish hair. Give this man a raise immediately. He is so nice and unbelievably professional at the drive thru. He acts like a waiter at a restaurant, He is fast, he is punctual and happy. Completely different vibe than you usually get with other employees. Awesome dude. Let him run the store instead of drugged out ladies at night that nod off on the drive thru counter.

For the third time in a row this restaurant has managed to offer a disappointing experience. The first time they couldn’t take my order because their system failed and had me wait nearly 10 minutes and did not care. The second time I had asked for no mayo because I am allergic to it and they put it in my wrap anyways and today, they had no syrup and had a limited menu for breakfast today. Please stay away from this place and try another location nearby. I also explore Burger King to either offer better management and options or not even try for business at all. Really disappointing.

Sneak Thief

The other week I went thru the drive thru, they asked me to pull up / that they would come bring my order out to me (they are trying to cheat w/ their service time). Anyway, after waiting for ~12+ minutes; I had realized they forgot about my order so I went inside to ask for my food...When I asked for my order, the loser Asian kid at the counter said he "felt disrespected" and that he was going to call the cops. So they forgot ny order and called the cops on me over it. CrazyNo wonder why you're working at Burger King, kid. You're good for nothing. FYI: You're not allowed to call the cops just because your pathetic little feelings got hurt

Cashier was on-fire! Attentive, knowledgeable; asked if I wanted my fries salted, doubled my drink carton to support two large drinks, asked if I wanted ketchup packets! 10-stars out of five for her!

Never had a problem with the food here but they're never open when they're supposed to be. It's so annoying to order online and have the drive-thru be closed. And it's like pulling teeth to get a refund through the app.

They worst franchise in the area. The elder lady behind the counter ignores you and talks to the employees until she feels like taking care of the customers. Then gets an attitude like she's in a rush to finish her conversation. Only to not be able to fulfill your order and burn your food when you ask her to be professional. Spend a little more time and go to the Roosevelt location.

We didn’t get our food, or a refund. Woman basically told us no you won’t get your food, and walked away. Waste of time and money. Woman was the worst part of the whole experience.
