This is the worst Casey's. The never have enough staff to stock the coolers. I can see my drink of choice. Through the empty rack. I asked the cashier if I could grab the item from the cooler. His response was I will have to kick you out of the store or call the police. Really? Over a coffee? Mind you it's 430am and there was another employee working. I use to go here every morning for fuel and snacks for work.

Cashiers are rude, incompetent and junkies. Diesel pumps are always out of service, payment system is ancient and never working. Don't waste time filling up here.

Compared with speedway gas stations, Casey is A LOT BETTER by many many ways. Employees seem happy and polite. The store variety is large. Washrooms more. Why not 5 stars? The washroom was dirty but better than across the street speedway

Normally, this place is well above average. Today, while I understand that they were busy, the men's bathroom was horrific. The trash bins were overflowing. They handicapped stall had toilet paper everywhere and the regular stall had excrement all over the seat, plumbing and wall. That is unacceptable. If not for the previous interactions with this establishment, I'd have given them a one star rating.

They are cheaters. The price said 3.99 per gallon. After I started to fill up they change it to 4.39. Worst place ever especially for truckers. Cheaters they just stole my money $.40/gallon for 202 gallons.

It's Casey's what can I say. I enjoy stopping in a Casey's when I can. The pizza isn't bad and the cold drinks are usually cheaper than most places. Wish I knew how to order sandwiches because I would of but no one to help.
I normally go into Casey every morning before work as its next to the highway and very convenient. I rated 3 because I feel the store itself is pretty well run, clean, and stocked. I don't know her name but the lady who works the "grill" (making pizzas, ect) is phenomenal. Shes always extremely friendly and says hi almost every time I see her. There are a few others that are very friendly and nice as well that work the counter.Now this is why I give 3 stars...and I almost feel it should be 2 as it truly is a huge problem. I've seen...heard..ect many people complain about JAMES. I've even heard a lady call your corporate number in store to complain...and on her situation, she had all right to.Now I don't want to see anyone get fired but James is bad for business. I will try and be as respectful as possible here but this man is extremely rude. He's very snippy with customers. If he doesn't hear you he verbally yells "what?" Like you're an inconvenience to him. He's incredibly slow. Blames people if HE hits a button wrong or locks up the register. Huffs and puffs like you're there for him and he's the caseys god.It's got to the point I will avoid going to Casey's when I know hes there or see him through the window. I recall one time he was on one of his grumpy kicks and I wasn't to cheery myself and had to restrict myself from getting into a verbal confrontation or worse.Please either correct his behavior or part ways with him.

if you’re disabled and need the washroom, good luck! better hope you choose the right side of the store because each bathroom is on complete opposite sides of the store with the smallest illegible signs ever!! also if you’re a disabled woman trucker, you have to walk all the way across the store to access the washrooms because the only ones close to the truck fuel pumps are for men. the washrooms are disgustingly dirty, disgusting store in general. employees are incompetent, all idiots. don’t waste your time here

When I called they said they would not fight the dispute. When I called my bank to handle it hey challenged my dispute and I was unable to get my money back. Do not go to these scam artists.
