I love the popcorn chicken and fries. I wasn't a fan of big bird. Sauce is good but chicken was a bit too much on the burger. I like it when the Pattys are thinner. Sauce is amazing here and I like the atmosphere but it seems a bit small and hard to find seats here. I think they could improve seating and decorations a bit. Service was good.

The quality has gone down significantly, when you are charging $9 (excl tax) make sure your food is good, not some overcooked cold chicken burger.plus charging $2 for a glass of water is ridiculous!!New review: burger bun was soaking wet and was falling apart. They should rename their burger “sloopy big bird”Tables and seats are greasy, they never clean them.

I'm a delivery driver for DoorDash and I pick up from this place often. Most of the time their customer service is terrible. They don't greet you when you walk in. They don't say anything when they throw the food on the counter and walk away. I would never try this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If that's how they treat ppl who deliver food for them I don't want it.

Came here for iftar and had the classic burger, chicken tenders + seasoned fries as well as a blended Taro milk tea. Overall a pleasant experience.

Like many of the other reviews I heard of this place thanks to the social media buzz. Thankfully for the most part it lived up to the hype. Chicken sandwich is a juicy and crispy with tons of good flavors happening. The esthetic is nice and has a cool modern feel. Seasoned fries were good and I loved that the give you a ton of them. I didn't catch much of the seasonings on the fries though just salt. Service was fine but I did not find the women at the register to be very friendly or welcoming. Not a deal breaker but definitely a drawback.
Look, this place should be a dump, with only bubble tea and a healthy dose of sadness thanks to the other businesses that have died nearby. Instead, this was a solid chicken sandwich with a way-too-large portion of fries on the "side" for about $14. The Big Bird was really big, but it wasn't spicy enough for my tastes so I'll have to go with the top spice level the next time around. I'm told the burger is great, so maybe I'll give that a spin instead. This place was a big surprise. Looking forward to a future visit!

Love this place, you can order at the counter, online, or at a kiosk. Pricing is fair and drinks are delicious! I got the blended avocado with tapioca and my husband got the blended strawberry with mango popping pearls. Great service and fast turn around

I was hyped to try out this spot as they well advertise and I’ve seen them across multiple postings. BOYYY was it a disappointment. First and foremost walking straight in the floors are visibly dirty. Napkins thrown on the floor, fries scattered everywhere, the tables were filthy and the trash cans were literally over flowing. We had to clean up our own tables before sitting down. Food wise: got multiple sandwiches and they are below normal portion size. The fries I will say was the only decent part of the meal and even that was missing the pickles. Now to the boba. Got ALL large drinks and a several drinks tasted watered down with barely any flavor. The tapioca isn’t chewy and is wayyyyy too soft. One of the drinks literally tasted like it had spoilt milk and when they agreed to change the order I felt like that in itself was worthy of not giving a bad review or at least just giving a decent one. I understand working in a restaurant atmosphere can get chaotic and it’s the small gestures that mean more to customers than anything. Guess what… couldn’t even get that one order right … instead of the clear BLENDED instructions we gave they gave it back over ice and we were told we’d have to pay to get it blended. Loool I have never spent money or tipped any money in any establishment that I regretted but this is definitely the one. Never going back .
