Approached counter of business at 7:46. Young lady working counter noticed us..Left register walked to the back and began washing items. Did not greet us...returned to counter when I called her attention about 7:50 and said sorry we are closed.. I said but we were standing here and it's 7:50..She said yes but we have to close out before 8pm to be out by 8pm..sorry... My issue is why not say that to me at 7:46 when we approached ur counter..Or say if you wish to order plz do so soon I am about to close. In summery terrible customer care!!!

So at 3:20 on a weekday there was a sign that the ONLY EMPLOYEE decided to take a break—they refused to answer any calls or work. I hope this break was not a paid break! we specifically went to Yorktown mall after my nieces surgery for this tea. Very disappointing to say the least. The register was left empty/unattended and nobody showed up for the 10 minutes we waited. We will not be back as it is completely unreliable.

The people that work here make me feel like I am a nuisance for literally just buying a drink. I’ve gone a couple times and each time they seem more and more annoyed. Drinks suck it’s just a huge cup of ice with a little bit of the actual drink. I never leave bad reviews but the workers are so blatantly rude and irritated, they’ll ignore you until you get their “attention” even though they see you standing at the counter. Get new jobs if this one is so bad. Or get food stamps if you’re too rude to be hired anywhere else.

They have a sign that says "plz be kind to batista" as you should be. However I don't think they got the memo to be kind to their customers. Lol won't be coming back here again. The lady didn't even ask me how much my transaction was. I had to ask her how much I owed lololol

I was there today with my grandparents, both the workers that were there today were great, very patient with them, it can be a bit hard to hear at times with the blenders going on, and other customers talking all at once. I actually got both their names down Sarahee and Rosy. They were both great. I. Will definitely be comeing here again. The owner did a great job assembling this team.Kid-friendliness: The options and menus are very visible
I’ve been coming here a lot and lately their quality has gone downhill. It depends on who is working on a certain day but their drinks are never consistent. The service also varies for example today it was horrible. Two people who ordered after me got their order before me and the employees have an attitude. The employees speak so low I can’t even understand them and they’re in front of my face and they just look like they don’t want to be there. If you’re looking for a good boba place go to Boba Heaven- plenty in the area.

I went here many times with my friends and family and not really the best place. Smoothie is not blended well and boba isn’t very fresh but I see the employees work very hard. ❤️Boba is kind of pricy even if it doesn’t taste very good. So kinda waste of money. I feel like it’s all of the Chill Bubble Tea shops are low quality.It’s an okay place to get together with friends that enjoy boba though.
Refreshing! Great quality. They use real fruit in their drinks and if you're a chocolate lover like me - cocoa powder! Regular boba is free, any flavored boba or jellies are extra. Highly recommend if you want a drink at the mall, it's a great value for the price. Only suggestion would be to have at least 2 people, as there was one person doing all the work.

Went there yesterday and wanna try their bubble tea. But I felt bad for your new cashier who’s on training . Coz the one who’s training her was kinda rude at her, maybe because she was a little bit slow which is normal for a new team member. And when she don’t understand my order she jumped in to resolve it but she even gave us a rolled eyes because she was annoyed at me. I worked as a training manager and a store manager and I know how new team member feels when they are embarrassed in front of the customer .And make sure their clothes are neat because ur serving food/drinks.

it was kind of busy when i got here and there was one guy in the front taking orders and making drinks. there were two other workers in the back but it didnt look like they were helping much, one just kept walking back and forth. the guy took my order and was very polite, although i could tell he was stressed from doing all that work by himself. the drink was good and just what i needed for a hot summer day!!

Just came. Bunch of children working here. One guy had long hair and the hair wasn’t even put up. The girl had an attitude when I was ordering. Never been here so was a little confused ordering and she just had a look on her face and spoke like I should already know the menu. Then when they made the bubble tea, I saw them watching me take a sip of the drink and laughed. Did not taste good at all. Unsure if they did anything to the drink but asked for a refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone for bubble tea.

Good quick boba and polite and helpful employee. Recent visits show slight decrease in aesthetics (Cups no longer have the cute logo printed on them) which is quite plain and boring on my part. Boba shops are all about design- classics are the best option as others are overpriced compared to other boba shops nearby. Fun stop regardless.
