I come to this Dairy Queen a lot, but more and more I go to the other Lombard Dairy Queen. Several times I have found the owner to be impatient, testy and not a people person. Today he was the worst yet. Other workers are great!!! I prefer to go where ALL the staff is pleasant and enjoy their jobs.
This particular Dairy Queen makes us feel like we're a little back in time. That's because there's an elderly gentleman working there (don't know if he's the owner?) who is just so kind and gentle, offers to make combinations that may not be advertised, and takes his time to make every yummy treat we choose. It is a small store, with limited seating. Just feels like a bit of the past...

This is a great Dairy Queen the owner is wonderful and all the staff does everything they can do to make you feel at home. I've had a bunch of cakes made here and they always go out of their way to make them exactly the way I wanted them. Great jobs guys!
