What a disappointment, this use to be one of my favorite restaurants. I have not been here in about 2 years and I loved the ramen soup you could make, the place was empty, dirty, very dirty, the table, the booths, the bathrooms so dirty. The service was horrible, there was only one waitress and we waited forever for our food, the food was disgusting, no taste… such a shame…. It use to be good, not anymore, will not be returning ever, will find another place where we can get ramen, good food, and good service and clean restaurant

I’ve been here numerous times. The way things went today, I’ll never spend another dime here. My bill was $300. For $300 the service didn’t match. My waiter made me feel uncomfortable. he acted like we were irritating him. I had to go, find him three times. We didn’t get checked on enough. Glasses were empty long periods. Took 40 mins just to get our bill paid. We were the only family there. At the end I was given attitude, I’m not sure why. The way they do the unlimited bowls has changed, it’s just not the same quality.I don’t recommend, I’ve been here atleast 50 times over the past five years! Was my husband’s favorite restaurant! If you have over 6 people, they won’t separate the check. Also charged a $45 fee for 9 people. Some families are larger than others. So this didn’t make any sense, nor where we notified before hand. I never heard a restaurant charge a fee for multiple family members.

Everything seemed fresh. They were definitely short staffed (only one waitress) but things didn't get too backed up. Our chairs and baby high chair were dirty. There's a sign that says kids under 10 eat free, but the waitress said that's no longer the case.Vegetarian options: We were able to enjoy a Whole 30 (Paleo plus) compliant meal and even avoid meat thanks to the abundance of tofu and other veggies!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, etc are all fine options here. But be aware of cross contamination on the grill.

The spicy pepper steak there was so fresh and the team were so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was perfect! I had to give thanks to everyone so I asked to speak with the manager Cindy and I applauded her and her staff for the great services. 10 out of 10!
This place really made me feel like I was vip despite being a busy Friday night. They catered to my dietary needs and made my girlfriend feel special on her special day. We will be back. Thank you Kirsten and Jacob! We had the best time!!!
