Pretty expensive but very tasty. We ordered two lattes; one caramel and one pistachio. Both lattes were great and they were prepped fast. My biggest problem was the price... almost $18 for two drinks

Ordered a $10 Caramel Blast, but received a Cookies and Cream. Went to tell them and they said no, I was wrong. I did a Google image search to show them and still no, the customer was wrong. Terrible service, new management or owners. Cannot recommend this place. Avoid. No Caramel.

this place used to be great. I'm assuming they're under new ownership now. i ordered a large Winter Wonderland flavored iced coffee, charged $11 for a Chiller and received a Carmel iced coffee.

Gloria Jean's is great for those who aren't necessarily looking for the strongest cup of coffee and are instead looking for fun flavors and combinations. It's a bit on the pricier end for drinks, though it's consistently quite good no matter what you order, particularly the ice cream chillers. In addition to the delicious drinks, they also have an unusually large selection of different mugs and collectibles on the shelves to purchase. There's lots of fun options here, particularly if you're looking for Disney items. In the pastry case you can also find an assortment of muffins, breads, pastries, and cakes to go along with your coffee.For those who aren't looking for the standard hot coffee, lattes, or chillers you can also find nitro cold brew and tea options. No matter what you order, these are served in a friendly and efficient manner. Though there isn't really space to enjoy your beverage within the store, this is right next to the food court where there's plenty of seating available.

My husband and I took a friend to Gloria Jean's Coffees at Yorktown Center. We've been here before and wanted to show our friend why we thought it was special. I had the hot chocolate and my husband had the Ungrinched Cookie Ice Cream Chiller. The drinks were rich and sweet. It hit the spot. Our friend had the Sleighride Latte. He enjoyed it. I highly recommend Gloria Jean's Coffees!

Best hot chocolate ever!! Sometimes they get cheap with the amaretto flavoring..I always ask for extra..I want to taste it..some people put in a few caps.. can't taste it..but this girl made them so great..I went back to thank her and give her a bigger tip,but her shift must've been over when I finished both of them,as there was a guy there..sorry i didn't get her name,but if you figure out who she was telling her thanks for me..

The latte was excellent so fresh you can taste the beans. The service was great and very fast. Lastly the atmosphere was a chill coffee shop with several varieties of snacks. If your in Yorktown Mall & need a coffee boost definitely give them a try.
