The food was amazing today, I asked to get seated by the window. the only thing I didn’t like is that a lady that looked like she was in her 50’s short and skinny, she gave my attitude through my whole experience there, she kept rolling her eyes at me and was very rude. I’ve never had such a bad experience with any of the other workers there. She forgot to bring my drink and when I remembered her she gave me a nasty look and left. I don’t think I’ll be going there anymore if I see she’s working there.

Absolutely the worst service I've had in years, the waitresses were impolite lazy zombies, and when I asked to see the manager they sid the manger was serving orders in the back. But the food was great and the bus boy was hardworking and kind. 1st and LAST VISIT!!!

I came to eat to Honey berry pancakes and cafe for the First time with my family and the waitress Nikki L i believe was her name was super rude Her attitude was just not it at all, it looked like she didn’t even wanna be working there she kept slamming the kitchen doors, and sat our plates down in a disrespectful way and i will NOT be coming back here first and last ever time visiting this place.

Prior to entering the restaurant we stood at the doorway entrance to browse the menu. While standing there, a very polite gentleman from the management team walked over and encouraged us to give it a try.I can say that we were not disappointed. The food and the service was excellent. Our meals were prepared as expected and with little wait time.

I had the vegan hash and it was delicious! I have an egg allergy and it's very limited when I go to a brunch place. However, this place was great. They had many vegan and gluten free choices. I can't wait to go back and try other vegan dishes.Vegetarian options: There were many vegan options. The serving size is plentiful and tasteful.Parking: It's in the Yorktown mall parking lot.

Nice and bright; I like the ambiance and natural bright light from the windows. Overall, food was good, however service was mediocre. Server was not attentive and didn't check in on us; hence 3 stars it is Portions were good compared to the price point. At every table, there's plenty of flavored creamers, jams, and sweeteners. Here's what we ordered:- Signature Honeyberry french toast $15: toast was thick, a bit on the dry side. Flavorful with mascarpone, berries, and fresh berries-Florence Benedict $15: exactly what I wanted. Perfect poached eggs with bacon & spinach-South of the Border Skillet $17: great combination with chorizo, avocado, and other flavors. I would order it again.-Carnivore Skillet $16: a bit dry, but understandable since it's only meat and hash browns-Latte $6: milk and coffee combo was nice but vanilla flavor was a bit too much adding artificial flavor to the coffee. Next time, I'll opt for coffee-coffee $3.50: bottomless coffee with refill coffee... who would complain?Overall, experience wasn’t bad because food was good. I’d give it another try.

The food always good here and that’s something you can never take away from the place only thing I don’t like is their phone etiquette skills could be better of a person ask how are you you don’t reply with saying what would you like to order.. then pass the phone to someone else who don’t even introduce themselves they just take the order… this in itself will make a person not patronize an establishment. Customer service is everything including over the phone and they should take that into consideration and offer more phone etiquette training

This past Sunday, I wanted to experience a good breakfast I come to the door and the hose tells us that there’s no manual, if we can scan the barcode and look at the menu. We said OK the next couple behind us came they were very well received. They were given menus for them to look at, and they got served very fast And we were waiting at least for a cup of water. I will never go there ever again. I will tell my friends and family very horrible experience.

It’s actually pretty good! I have halal dietary restrictions and they were able to substitute every meal with beyond or plant based meat! They don’t pre make meals, they make as order. So it’s

The service offered by the waitress Fabiola E. was horrible, after sitting us down upon arrival she sat another couple in which she attended first before us. She never came to check on us until I went to speak with the hoisted. Amazing food, really amazing but horrible service.
