Food was and always is good and fast but watch what they charge you for. Menu online and at store show original combos are 10.59, they charge 11.07 before tax. Tried explaining to the cashier it's not right and he said it is. I know it's only .50¢ but charge what is advertised.

You can start by learning the English language. Then you could progress further by not mean mugging you're customers for no reason, and if you wanted to go above and beyond, maybe try serving fresh bread instead of stale day old sandwiches.

Order a turkey sub with just cheese and mayo. Hardly no mayo or turkey felt like I was eating more bread then anything. Not as fast as the motto says.

I can see why reviews are low. Cashier seemeded friendly but took long to take my order after I’m right in front of her for a bit and she seemed spaced out. The manager, or I think he was , flat service , just calls number one and just lays my sandwich on their counter next their prep space and goes away, not even waits for who ever sandwich it was ( I was filling up my drink). Flat service bottom line. No good atmosphere…

Horrible customer service. Never received order after an hour and a half. The employee hung up on me when I called to cancel the order. When I called back the employee advised he would issue a refund but never got it.

this is the best Jimmy John’s location!!! seriously i am spoiled living by the Lombard shop, any time i get Jimmy John’s anywhere else, its terrible in comparison! the wraps are always made picture perfect everytime, and you can tell its because the owner takes pride in his training and consistency. thank you so much for providing quality food, service, atmosphere!

Food was okay, didn't ask us what we wanted to put in or what bread we wanted for our sandwich. Didn't ask us anything about what we wanted in our sandwich and sandwich was very bland with no taste. My mom said she wanted a veggie sandwich and they made it without us giving any further input. I never want to go here again!! Terrible service with no care.

They own over 100 shops in the state so I'll be making sure I only order from ones who actually follow state laws.

I ordered a caprese salami sandwich this afternoon. When it was received it looked different than the photos online. I ate 1/2 the sandwich, it was not appetizing. before eating the second half I opened it up and looked at the ingredients. The salami on this sandwich had large black spots on some of the pieces and the other pieces, the meat was brownish in color. it was DISGUSTING. when I called the store to let them know I spoke with Israel, said he was the store manager. he said he slices the salami fresh daily and this was not on there when the sandwich was made. no apologies, no offer to refund my money.. just a crappy sandwich tht I couldn't eat. he said he would check the coolers. that's all I got! Thanks Israel! I will never ever eat at this location again! I hope no one else experiences this type of service or food. I have photos of the sandwich as well, Isreal was not interested in seeing them. terrible food and service!

I dont know why this Jimmy Johns has such bad reviews. I just put in a huge order for some colleagues and the food got to us when it was expected. They were able to get the job done and also followed the directions of coming upstairs to deliver. Great job!

Jimmy John's at this location took my order to wrong address when I already correct them with my new address.I made order 1/10/23 was my daughter was turning 7 she was very upset she loves Jimmy John's I called back because almost 2 hours past they told me they delivered to wrong address so I ask for a refund the person who answered said yea it will take 3 days for my refund 4 days past I called they told need speak to the boss and that location at main st. Was going to be closed until 1/17/23 Tuesday I went Sunday it was open when I was told it was going to be closed. I want my refund money because I didn't even get my food.
