I highly recommend you do not order from this business.My order took over an hour for a location that was 7 min away. The order status never updated on the JJ site, and I had to call twice.The rest of the reviews are spot on.

I love Jimmy Johns. Never had a bad sandwich, no matter what town I've been in. This place reccomended by a relative. Was a good place to eat. Staff was quick, friendly, did a great job making our sandwiches. When they weren't making sandwiches, they were cleaning. I was totally impressed.

The slowest delivery I've encountered. Repeatedly takes over an hour for me to receive my order. I'm only 1 mile from the store but it always takes over 45 minutes at the bare

I just ordered a Spicy Italian, hunter club and BLT. They were made quickly with quality and my family enjoyed them very much. Thank you!While I was there a customer started yelling was very rude to the staff. They handled the situation very calmly and professionally and tried to please the customer. All the customers couldn’t believe this man’s inexcusable behavior. I don’t care who you think you are employees at these establishments deserve to be treated respectfully.

Rude staff/manager, attitude the entire time I was placing my order. Tes “the manager” was completely ignorant and the staff under here followed suit. Location has gone down hill.

I placed an online order for my boss prior to my lunch time for delivery. It was 30 mins later and I called the store to see why it hadn’t been delivered. Since my lunch time was approaching I just told them to hold it and I will pick it up. Before heading out I placed my order and asked for ez avocado spread and lettuce they barely put turkey on it and literally the avocado spread was nonexistent. I’m not sure if they got upset that I requested to have the delivery tip removed from the first order but I paid $9 for a barely there sandwich. I don’t think that I will be ordering from here again. Also there were two delivery cars parked outside so not sure why they were “waiting” on the driver to come back. I am really upset they could pause delivery orders online there’s an option for restaurants to do that.

I've been ordering from this Jimmy Johns for years and it has steadily declined on service. Today's sandwiches took an hour and 15 minutes to be delivered approx 7 minutes away! I get that they have driver shortages, etc, but why can I get a pizza in 30-40 minutes more consistently than sandwiches? They have had driver shortages for years, so it's my guess that this isn't a great place to work and they have high turnover. Then to add insult to injury, I had to tip in advance or not tip at all. I have not been ordering as much from them and will not again. I'll drive to the one on Lake street to pick up (when and if I really crave Jimmy Johns) as they are better anyway.
