McDonald's isn't healthy it's a once in a while but after today's customer experience I'm definitely no longer interested in being a customer. Mid order in the drive way the girl went silent and restarted my entire order. As I approached the pay window my order was completely wrong the lady supposed fix it.. dummy me did not check receipt bc I thought ok it's fixed I get to the pick up window completely wrong order. I looked at the receipt and yup missing one whole entry ... I was asked to move to the side no apologies etc... I told them you know what it's ok here take what you gave me and just give me a refund... Very rude she rolled her eyes and asks who I assume a manager in a reflective vest... He comes to the window none apologetic or anything tells me to move out the way and I do I tell my order has been placed wrong several times now I just want a refund he takes my credit card and tells me to move out the way just like that again I tell him no I've been waiting way too long already and he yells at me "yells" oh your going to be that person! As he's spitting while yelling. And proceeded to stick his face half his body out the window and yelled very loud and hostile that I'm not moving to the point that I feared for my life thinking he was going to hit me it hurt me and then just slams the window shut .. I waited another 5 minutes for him to return with my credit card as he handed it to me i asked for his name and he yelled NO im not going to give it to you and walked away the lady at the window would not give me her name either and ignored me none of them where wearing visible name tags. The workers in the back looked so scared of him I think he's done this before probably to them as well very hostile environment... Id suggest anger management I'm definitely posting the video I took on social media this was not ok.. there's better ways of communication other than move out the way... I suggest a different McDonald's bc you can tell this white older manager has been doing this and no one has spoke up. So grossed out. Do better on hiring your employees McDonald's.

I'd give service higher because the 2 people I encountered at the drive-thru were very nice. However, I didn't order 'food', just an unsweetened ice tea. The man verified I'd ordered an unsweetened ice tea and handed it to me. I saw the label was correct and it was light on ice as I'd asked, and then made my fatal error by driving away before taking a drink. It was definitely sweet tea. I had to turn around and go back. I went inside, thinking I should have done that in the 1st place, but the be thru wasn't busy and I was headed to work. I dumped the sweet tea and got my own unsweetened tea and headed out. Not 1 person so much as looked in my direction let alone question why I brought a cup in and hot a new drink.

This McDonalds, right now Feb 2024, not so great on service. They seem to not have a flow to what they're all doing... I mean make it easier for everyone including yourself when taking, setting up and delivering the correct order throughout the whole thing. Communicate as a person and not just through eye rolls and huffs.

Service always seems to be a bit of a cluster when it comes to the drive thru. The parking lot lay out is not very good and there's too much going on at times. Service was not terrible and food is what you expect.

Drive-through customer service is always horrible. If you come in the morning hours there is a lady that sits in a chair that can't even reach your car so 90% of the time your change gets dropped on the ground.

Received wrong order in drive thru. Had to park & go inside and not a ‘I apologize, I’m sorry for that’ from either I guess the manager-wearing the plain green hoody or the drive thru guy who handed over the actual order. Customer service is trash.
