We had a small work event at Miller’s Ale House last night and our server, Bri was awesome. Super responsive and prompt. She took care of our party of 20 or so easily. And Alyssa, the manager, was super accommodating also. When we wanted to take a picture in front of the fireplace, she turned off the TV above it so that it wasn’t in the picture. We will definitely go back.

Sadly, this place that has been a solid go-to for us for quite a while but has been going downhill. Last night's dinner delivery may be the proverbial straw that broke the camels back. I ordered the prime burger only it came with absolutely zero prime rib on it. It was to be cooked medium rare and it was well done. I requested extra bacon and the portion size was pathetic (probably missed) and the bacon was cooked beyond extra crispy. The broccoli was also overdone and mushy. My wife had the salmon which was also way overcooked to the point of being almost inedible. She was not happy! The caliber of the food was woefully inadequate paying over $75 for a burger and some salmon. There are too many viable options out there to have to deal with inferior quality food. Get your act together, Miller's! You can't sustain a viable business operation producing poor quality food like you have been lately.
Been there several times and it’s always good food. Service can vary depending on if you eat in the bar or restaurant. Will always be one of our “go to” places in the area.

This place does not even deserve one star. When I first walked in, it looked deserted and the staff was eating and having cocktails in the front booth. It took the bartender some time to come ask me if I needed anything. I ordered a drink and was then offered a free shot, Let her know I was having a bad evening and dealing with an unwanted guest. I left and came back with the unwanted guest which the hotel had told him to leave the property. The bartender knew I was having an issue but then proceeded to ask the guy what he wanted to drink, etc....I told her I was paying for everything and do not engage the guy. We had a few words and then I pay my check and double tipped her and left. When I made it outside I was approached by 4 police officers and they asked if I said anything about a gun. I left my BMW at the restaurant and was escorted by the police to y hotel. The staff was insane to call the police after how I was treated and then tipped. It was a clear sign of discrimination , racism, bigotry, unprofessionalism, stereotyping and fraudulent claim withthe police.....I was tremendously embarrassed but the police were incredibly thoughtful and empathetic and had no idea why they were called. I called the restaurant two days later after returning back to DC to speak to management but he was not cooperative to speak with me invloving the issue. I only wanted my money back after bad service and one of worst ordeals I experienced......I would never ever ever EVER freq that establishment again due to the above mentioned issues!!!! Awful management, staff, watered down beer and drinks and cold food!

Our waitress never came over. I had asked somebody else for drinks. We ordered the nachos when they came out the nacho Bell grande at Taco Bell was bigger. We have been there many times this time things seem so unorganized, and they lacked service and quality of food.
