My entire experience with was horrible. From the time I walked up to the counter, I was rushed away therefore my order was wrong. When I told him my order was wrong he just shrugged it off and said I’m just a tiny worker what do you want me to do.I politely asked for a refund and he was very rude and combative. I walked away and he said something under his breath but I heard “Yeah that’s what I thought” please do not waste your time or your money. I threw the food away because it was absolutely disgusting. I have never been disrespected like that before.

Don't bother buying your food here. The service is terrible. The staff don't know how to talk to customers. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Why they're still in business, I don't know because these people don't value their customers. They treat their customers like nuisance. Go somewhere else to get your ramen and sushi

We went here to try out vegetarian ramen. Their menu wasnt very clear about their vegetarian broth options so we asked the older gentleman behind the counter. His attitude was extremely rude, he refused to acknowledge us and at one point told me he doesn't want to talk to me or explain the options. They weren't even busy. If it wasn't for other reviewers talking about his attitude, I would've assumed it had to do with my race. How can you work at a mall when you care so little about customer service?

I was out shopping at Yorktown Mall and after shopping. I went upstairs to the food court to grab a bite to eat. I had a taste for something different and decide to try out Nori Sushi & Ramen Noodles. My first time trying ramen noodles and I wasn't disappointed. I'm a very picky eater so I just ordered the veggie ramen noodle soup. The prices were decent and the food looked delicious. My soup came out hot and freshly made with a burst of flavors. FYI.... The service is super slow so it might take them awhile to prep up your food. Not bad though for mall food.

Ordered ramen without onion or corn, but they added both. When brought to their attention they tool out most of the onions and corn by pouring it through a strainer while capturing the broth. then added back the same broth...........

The food was great, but they took so long to make it. I had an hour lunch and didn't even get to eat my food. They say they have discounts, but that's just to catch your eye. Ended up paying too much for four people.

Very disappointed. I used to go here regularly for the ramen because they loaded them up with corn, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and green onions (which are listed on their menu to come on every ramen dish!). Ordered today to get served a plain ramen bowl with just broccoli and an egg. I had to ask about the rest of the ingredients, and they said they don’t carry them anymore. I saw the green onions were empty on the table.. they shouldn’t advertise what they do not have. Or at least mention it to customers before they pay for something they won’t be receiving.
Located in the mall food court, Nori Sushi has a variety selection of sushi. The sushi is tasty every time I go. I order at the kiosk and the food is prepared quickly.

Extremely terrible service and uncleanliness. I asked for a smoothie and he washed out the jug from the previous smoothie he made. I saw soapy water at the bottom but he started making my smoothie. I asked for him to remake it and he threw a tantrum and threw 8 dollars at me saying "no i can't remake it I'm giving you a refund." I also thought they used fresh fruit but he went to the back and put a strawberry puree in the jug instead of actual strawberries. Save your money and go to jamba instead

I really enjoyed their ramen. I got chicken dumpling ramen with Tum yum broth. You can get this at the Yorktown mall food court. This is some real good Japanese food. Even though there is a Panda Express right next to it, this place has more ethnicity. Definitely recommend if your hungry after a day of shopping at the mall.?
