Every time I order from Old Town, the food and service are excellent! The pizzas, pastas, and apps are tasty and it's always ready faster than we expect. Happy customer for over a decade!

Order delivery. Ordered a deep dish. They forgot the sausage and they added extra ingredients that I did not order. Ordered a thin crust. The crust is too thick to be considered thin. I also ordered extra cheese on the deep dish and did not get it. Quality is below average. I also ordered the antipasto salad. I asked for a side ofCaesar dressing and did not receive it. Also I don’t know who puts feta cheese on an anti pasta salad. First time and last time customer. I would not order from here again

I order delivery so I can't speak to the atmosphere but the food is delicious and the portions are huge. My single pasta orders always 3 meals for me, and all 3 are large portions. Sandwiches make 2 meals. And I am not a light eater.Well woth the reasonable price.

Good pizza but not the friendliest customer service. I ordered a pizza for pick up using their app and arrived to pick it up when the app estimated it would be done. When I got there the order never made it back to the chef because their machine didn't print the ticket. I ended up having to wait another 35 minutes for them to make it. They wouldn't even apologize for making me wait. The guy who must be the manager blamed it on THEIR ticket machine and asked me what I wanted from them. He apologized condescendingly when I asked for one. Good food (kinda expensive), but there's other pizza places in the area I'll check out next instead of spending money at a spot that doesn't really care about its customers.

Good place to stop for a slice, havnt found too many places in the Chicago area that do so!

I ordered a pizza at exactly 8pm and upon arrival, the delivery driver dropped my pizza and told me he’d turn around to see what he could do. I was not upset bc mistakes happen and I live literally 7 minutes away from the place. A few minutes later, I get a call from the store telling me they can’t make another bc it’s closing time. I totally get that, no one wants to stay past closing, but I wish the driver would have at least let me know they were closing so I could have at least ate something…I can deal with messy pizza. They voided my order but I did not care for the way I was dismissed by the man on the phone. I’m guessing he dropped it bc he was in a rush to leave/go home. I don’t recommend ordering within the last hour or so to avoid this problem.

Normally I'd move on, but the more I thought about my interaction today, the more I realized this place doesn't really care about their customers. It could have been handled by simply saying, sorry, we'll get you a new one instead of answering back in a condescending manner! Apparently "plain"does not mean plain. Per who I think might be the manager, you have to specify "no cheese" for a chicken sandwich if you don't want cheese... just a helpful tip for everyone.

Pizza is dry and cold. Ravioli is deep-fried for some reason, and hard as a rock. Avoid.

Old Town Pizza has always been our local favorite. Pizza, Eggplant Parm and Lasagna have been our go to items. Other places come and go and we may get sidetracked but always come back to Old Town. Consistency, taste and value are proof of why they are a staple in Lombard.

Decent pizza..fast courteous service but inconsistent pizza preparation.

They have the best pizza in town. Love the pizza and the canoli are great size and delicious, just like my Nana made. But, I ordered the lasagna for the first time. It was awful. I'll stick to pizza. I'll try other things. But will stay away from pasta dishes.

Solid choice for pizza in the burbs. Was able to order ahead and it was on time. Pricing is fair and an above average thin crust. If you're getting pizza for a group, then get it at Old Town.

Not to shabby. I asked for my pizza well done and the crust was nice and crisp not soggy. Overall a better than average pizza.
