Food made my stomach hurt the second i finished eating. And hurt allllll day. Had a bowl w chow mein, orange chicken. Orange chicken tasted like metal or old idk it smelled weird immediately when i was about to eat. HORRIBLE. Never getting food from here again. Danada location it is.

The manager Felipe is incompetent. He failed the customer and most important he failed his crew. It was my first time buying from Panda Express and I wanted to make a purchase and add my birthday perk. I asked the cashier how it worked she said she didn’t know she went to get her manager Felipe. His response was what ever it says. He repeated that over and over. Then he said get an entry and a side which I did. When it was time to ring me up he told me I didn’t have any point to redeem. I told him that the whole point of getting his help was to make my purchase as smooth as possible. Once again he said what ever it says. I got frustrated and just canceled my order. Managers should lead by example and today Felipe’s attitude was unacceptable. He denied his crew member the opportunity to learn and model just an awful attitude towards customers.

Chicken teriyaki was way too dry , fried rice was watery. Also to the girl working today 12/28 instead of yelling at my daughter's grandma because of my daughter wanting to buy the panda in a little bag get retrained. Fix the attitude, just because your having an off day don't take it out on others. Or simply manager needs to write you up. Good thing I recorded how you treated them.

This is regarding store number 3608 in Lombard. The food was up to its usual standards which is very good. Their new drive-through was a little confusing but I'm willing to guess they're going to put up more signs because it was recently finished. The prices were good. I don't know who controls the online ordering but it would be nice to see the entire menu available not just select items.

Chinese fast food restaurant in Yorktown centre.It is located in the food court of the mall.Similar to other Panda express restaurants.Service was fast and professional.Many tables to sit close to the restaurant. I like sitting by the window where you can see outside.

Servings are relatively reduced compared to outside Panda Express restaurants, never have I ever paid for a refill at Panda and this location charges for it. Sorry but I'd rather take my money somewhere else.

Food I got smelled wrong like there was something spoiled. I ate a couple bites before I really realized and immediately felt sick. Tried to talk to them about it but they ignored me. Panda locations are usually good. Not this one.

For some reason they have been out of grilled teriyaki chicken for days. Also why did panda change the teriyaki sauce from hot and prepared on site to those nasty teriyaki packets?

Terrible sevice. People working there have a bad attitude and very rude! I was there at 4:50 pm. There was no Kung pao chicken. I asked them to make more because that's what I wanted to order. I was told that they WON'T make any more because they close at 6pm. That is over an hour away. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager on duty. No wonder the workers are so rude and not taking care of customers, there's no one there supervising them. What kind of idiot doesn't schedule a manager to make sure that the restaurant is being properly run??? Don't waste your time, go eat somewhere else. Panda Express obviously doesn't want your business!
