Let me start by saying how CUTE this restaurant is! From the decor to the menu.. love love love. Alfredo our server was wonderful. The entire staff was so pleasant and kind. The food is delicious and fresh. We had the escargot, tuna tower, and filet sliders; all tasted wonderful! We will be back

Decided to check out this restaurant during Restaurant Week and glad we did. My brie and fig tarting was ok- made me wish I had chosen my husband's soup du jour-crab bisque. Tres magnifique! His steak was cooked (& tasted!) perfect. The frites were disappointing. Oily not crisp-not frites! My salmon was pretty and enjoyed the veggies with it. the marjine for dessert-delish! Perfect with our Shiraz. Attentive service.

Sorry for this review, my wife and I ate at the old location about 10 times and liked it. This is a relatively expensive restaurant in a new location and the decor and CHAIRS are ratty. Seriously, in 2 of the 3 rooms the chairs are cheap and uncomfortable to sit on. You do better at a Panera. We were there on December 31, and I watched people shifting constantly because they couldn't get comfortable. A second observation, in the original restaurant the owner waited on tables and it worked. When the restaurant went outdoors for Covid, we came maybe 3 times and had good service once. And if the server makes a mistake, lying about why doesn't help you. This last time the waiter couldn't speak English fluently, didn't know the menu or the pastries in the display case, all symptoms of being untrained. It always comes back to management, but so you are aware - we still tipped about 18% because we realize the guy needs to make a living.

Loved it when it was in that small spot by the Chocolate Factory, but now it's in this huge place and it lost its charm. Do you remember going to Discovery Zone or Leaps and Bounds back in the day and playing? Then one of your friends has a lock-in birthday party and you know it's going to be #LIT because how couldn't it be. Then once you are there after hours you see the seedy underbelly of the indoor amusement park world. You see how they use the ball pit for conjugal visits for the imprisoned workers. You see how the pizza of just a Tony's pizza with an extra handful of cheese. That's kind of like Paris Bistro. Go next door to Dave's Hot Chicken. That place is delicious. I prefer the sliders, but don't bother with the Mac and cheese, it's wiggity-wiggity-whack.

Good food and cute atmosphere. A little over priced hence the 4 stars. The customer service was great though and we enjoyed ourselves. My kiddo loved her food as well. Kid friendly.

Great place for authentic French food. The steak frites is excellent and all their crepes are authentic. Breakfast is superb.

Hey John D. of Chicagoland - news flash for you, since Sept 2021, ALL restaurants in Illinois are REQUIRED to have patrons wear a mask for entry and at all other times while not actively eating. Don't know where you've beee dining lately, but glad as hell I don't go where you do.

Wow, the salmon is amazing. I am really not big fish eater but, having the salmon from Paris Bistro was excellent I recommend.

This is the first time dining at Paris Bistro since they moved to their new location, which was the old Mimi's Café breakfast restaurant. This location is much bigger than their previous, but they lost their remodeled outdoor patio which was fantastic. When you walk into the restaurant, you walk into the bar area. To the right there is a dining area that is much more casual. Actually, it seemed like they sat families with kids in that area which I appreciated when I was ushered into the dining room. The main dining room is decorated in rich colors. The intimacy of their previous restaurant is lost in this large room, but I do appreciate the French music playing in the background. The food was very good as always. I started with a glass of French rosé and had a nicoise salad. The salad was good, but it didn't seem quite as it was before but it has been a while since I had it there. It wasn't a wow factor for me. However, the grilled salmon was outstanding! It was grilled to a perfect medium, so moist and flaky. I loved the presentation of the dish with the other grilled vegetables. For dessert my husband and I shared a couple of macaroons. They were delicious! I do miss the small intimate feel that I came to know with Paris Bistro at their other location, but they still do deliver on their food.

I went to Paris Bistro last night. The food was good but the experience didn't start out well. The negative for me is that they absolutely insist that everyone wear a mask to gain entrance and walk to their table. This is the only restaurant in Illinois I've run into with this kind of strict policy. It could be why they were only one-third full at 7:00 on Saturday night. Most other places I go to are packed. The positive was definitely the food. Photos below. I had the Tuna Tower to start and then the Lamb Shank. Both were delicious and very flavorful. I would have preferred that they chopped the spinach very finely in the mashed potatoes as the full leaves messed with the great texture of the potatoes. My wife had the Onion Soup to start, and then a special, the shrimp Risotto. She loved the flavors on both. The soup wasn't salty at all. The only negative was that there were only three shrimp in the dish, which had their tails on still. With the place not giving us side plates, the tails ended up in a pile on the table. The service was generally very good, with one nit for me. I expect a French restaurant to maintain the French policy of not clearing plates until everyone is done with that course. Paris Bistro does it the American way of asking to clear a plate when that diner is done, which I hate because it makes the other diners feel like they should stop eating. Bad form. Their corkage policy is $25 a bottle, which I'm ok with. Their wine list is marginal. The server knocked it down to $15, so the $10 went straight to her tip. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives and we'll likely return.

I was so excited to try this place! Love French food. Well waited over 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table. We then waited 45 minutes after ordering drinks for the drinks. Our soup and salad came at the same time as our entrees-an hour after ordering them. We never got our appetizer. Two of the entrees were not warm as they had clearly been left prepared. The manager came over and apologized however that was the extent-no free round of drinks, no comp'd salad/soup. Highly disappointing and not sure if I will return.

This is the second time I have gone to the new location. The food at the previous location was always delicious. This was the first time I took my granddaughter who is a staunch vegetarian. My grandson and I ordered from the brunch menu and it was good. The hot chocolate tasted like it was made with water intead of milk, but I was cold and wanted to warm up so what the heck. My granddaughter order the vegetarian burger and it looked good when they served it, but after she took a bite of it she said it was not good. I tried to get her to send it back, but she's one of those its ok people whether its ok or not. The burger had plenty of lettuce on it and a big slice of tomato, but no condiments. No mayonaise, mustard or ketchup. The bun was dry and it was not toasted. She said the plant based burger was horrible and Burger Kings is much better. I said for $15 they should do better. Either make a better burger by adding condiments and cooking it more (it looked like a rare burger) or take it off the menu.

Please. Go eat here and support this gem! I started with the French flight; sm martini glasses with gin & blood orange juice, whiskey & oj(?), and vodka & lime juice, all 3 splashed with champagne. Loved it! We shared apps- mussels on pomme frittes with yummy bread, and the polenta fondue with mushroom ragu is to die for! We also shared the Mona Lisa crepe which they delighted us by plating one for each of us. Ease stop in esp if you think french cuisine isn't approachable. It is and they are worth it!!

So disappointed after the previous cozy location Cold and super commercial! No one knew anything French. What's the point? Especially for the $$ Uber can not find you here!! Beware!! Over priced for what you get!!!! Lack luster

I have been here years ago when they were at the corner store by the amc. I recently just notice they have moved to a bigger building and wonder if the food tasted as good as I remember. Well... it didn't disappoint me when I ordered the lamb shank. The meat was so tender that it peeled off from the bone without any effort and tasted very delicious. They have so many different choices of sweet and savory crepes that I would love to try. Will be back.
