After not having Pizza Hut in over 2 years I decided to give it a try today. HORRIBLE! The $7 Deal Lovers menu was definitely affordable but the pizza was absolutely disgusting. The appearance, the taste, and the smell was just bad. If I could give this specific Pizza Hut location 0 stars i definitely would. Aside from that, the delivery guy was rude didn’t even say hi or say anything AT ALL. He just handed me my food and walked away. Gave him a $5 tip and still nothing! Definitely will not be ordering from here again.

I love this place. I've been ordering pizzas from this place for 5 years and I've always been satisfied. They always deliver hot food and the staff is great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

You walk in and immediately smell a gross dirty grease smell. No one says hi or greets at all. I was greeted by a guy wearing a mask (really dude its been 4 years lol)... and a blank stare. No hi, nothing. I say my order and he brings it out without saying anything. Pizza ended up smelling like week old grease. Overall bad

Thisnis the most disgusting store I have ever seen. Normally always ordered for delivery and that was ok. Recently decided to pick up my order and saw the resturant. As a previous GM from another pizza shop, I like to look around at the place. Wash your floors, move your soda cooler and clean! We can literally see the mold and water marks. Oven looked like it hadnt been cleaned since 1993, floor has been ovviously spot mopped but not to standard. Yall are going to get someone sick! Corporate should close this store down for a full cleaning.

This place has really gone downhill. The restaurant is in serious need of a remodel and good cleaning.I can't speak to the quality of the food as I ordered for someone else in my family.I think I will be going elsewhere for my pizza from now on.
Absolutely ridiculous they told me 30 minutes I called an hour later they said she had been at my door I was outside the whole time no driver at my door definitely not I have a German Shepherd she would have alerted me of anybody on my property never again

I ordered four items and only three were delivered. So when I called the actual restaurant number I couldn't get through it kept hanging up the line. I called again again after probably five or six times someone picked up and I said that I was missing an item and the response was well I don't have anybody until four to deliver your item otherwise you have to pick it up I couldn't pick it up at that moment so I said OK what happens if the driver doesn't deliver it at 4? She responds... they'll deliver it at 5... ? what kind of attitude is that terrible customer service. I usually order all the time from Pizza Hut and this is the last time.Fast forward... it's now 4:16 pm and no wings were delivered. I called the place spoke to the same woman and she says that the driver left 16 minutes ago. It's now 5pm and no wings were delivered.

Terrible. I placed an order online and chose to contactless pick up. I drove to the store and waited outside. Informed the staff that I was outside. 20 to 30 minutes later, a manager came out only to inform me that the oven was broken and my order was canceled. It's 9:50pm and no other place is open. This is a terrible way of doing business. Guess I may never go back again.
