Rude staff, especially the guy on the cashier.He kept telling me to speak up as if he is my teacher and I'm his student!!!, and he imitated the way I spoke, then he told me to get out of the restaurant!!! because I told him to call his manager.They have to teach their staff how to deal respectfully with their customers.

I ordered 2 meals one 3 piece all dark meat ,spicy with coleslaw and a strawberry Fanta. My second meal was the number three meal with fries and a Dr Pepper. I got no fries no straws no receipt and by the time I noticed we had gotten home already.. they weren’t even busy. I’m very disappointed with this experience.
I like the deal that they have on Monday get 10 pieces of chicken legs and thighs for 10 dollars, other than that they are a bit pricey ?

The service at this Popeyes location is terrible. The employees are Hispanic origin and myself not identifying as being of Hispanic descent, seemed to have played a major part in how I was treated at this location. It is such a degrading and saddening experience, to be American and to experience poor customer service due to my ethnicity. I will not visit this location again!!! The Chicagoland areas, should take a conscious & considerable effort to creat a nice environment to customers, regardless of their identity
