Worst customer service ever, I walked in, store almost empty, over 6 people in the back, waited by the cashier over 10 min until someone came to take my order, no one was in line, the guy was playing with his hair and taking selfies, and when they came to take order they were so angry, even though I like their coffee cant tolerate this garbage attitude

We ordered a pot of the Adeni Chai, khaliat alnahi and the chocolate cake. The chocolate cake is the best chocolate mousse cake I’ve ever tasted and the chai came in a cute glass pot with two glass cups for sharing. It wasn’t too sweet like American chai, but was still creamy and delicious. It did take a long time (30 minutes) to get our order on a Saturday morning which is a pretty long wait.
Best Yemeni chai, coffee, desserts!MUST PLACE TO GO! Go earlier in the day. Evenings are packed cuz they're good!

Poor customer service.I went there last night the cashier was aggressive and did not want to work. I asked him to put 1 spoon of sugar in my tea . But when I got the tea it was so sweet I couldn’t drink it . I told him to exchange it for me he did but without any sugar and he did not like the fact I asked him to changed it for me . They need to learn customer service. I don’t think I would visit againNothing so special.
I usually love this place. However, I was with some people who were unfamiliar with the selection, and they changed their order while we were talking to the cashier. The cashier turned to his coworker and began speaking rudely about us in Spanish. My friends spoke Spanish and made that known, but the cashier simply got quiet and did not apologize. Also, they made one of our orders caffeinated when we asked for it to be decaf.

Never had Adeni Chai, or any Chai in fact. The Adeni Chai was delicious though! I had ordered the one for in-house drinking and it was plenty hot and remained that way for a very long time. It was very flavorful and tasted like cardamom. It contained milk, but it was not over empowering.I have not tried the food not cofee yet, but I'm certain they will be as good as the Chai.The service was also friendly and expedient.Would definitely recommend!
