I go to this superb restaurant from time to time since I love the good air that is unique to this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and well trained. The service is very efficient. Most important, the food you get is outstanding. I have been there more than once and I was always happy. The cost is reasobable. I recommend this place to to everybody.

I've been here and while it was a while ago food was really good! The owner was really friendly and talked to me and my mom and dad about the restaurant. They were amazing and I believe for their dessert they had mini donuts as an option and they were SO SO SO GOOD! I'd go back just for those!

Originally went on a Sunday night for dinner, but was told the cook wasn't there so we couldn't order food. We tried again that Monday night. We were 1 of 2 tables in there occupied besides the bar. Our waitress was very slow with everything the entire night. It took roughly 15 minutes to get drinks (water) and when we asked for refills, she apparently forgot and never came back with them. We placed our order and it took roughly 30 minutes to get our food (which is surprising since there weren't many people there). My fiance ordered the bratwurst with onion rings and I got a burger with tater tots. We both agreed that the food wasn't bad at all. Then came dessert. We asked about the Freaks Shake of the Month and were told that the owner never told them what that is so they "didn't have that". One of the bartenders came over and offered to throw something together for us, so we went ahead and tried that. It ended up being a lot of different desserts piled in a chocolate milk shake. The only complain we had was that the shake was very warm when it came out. After finishing the dessert, we had a lot of trouble tracking down our waitress to get the check. She apparently disappeared outside to take a phone call and have a smoke as we awkwardly waited inside. Needless to say, were overall disappointed with our 2 experiences and will not be returning.

Burger here was incredibly good ! The night we were there they had a band called Timeline playing who was incredible! Hopefully they have them back very soon !!! Will definitely be back for a burger and hopefully some more great music !!!

Where to start!!! Place wasn't even opened on time. 12pm door was opened sign says 11am internet said 11:30am. Go in, order the famous bloody Mary's and were asked which one so we said the famous one, didnt know there were more than one. Anyhow so disappointed tasted only the mixer (Clark and Sheffield)no other flavors tasted, chicken wings were horribly bad cheeseburger also bad. The only thing it had going for it was the bacon. So then here comes the big surprise HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? The menu, internet or anywhere in Rameys does it say what Bloody Mary's cost! So $17.50 for The Freaky Bloody Mary which was the one we were served and $40.00 for the Big Boss Bloody Mary. Sooo cold in there not inviting at all. The staff is very young and were running around clueless. I do have to say that the bartender was very friendly and apologetic for our experience. Oh I forgot to mention rotten pumpkin in front! Lol

Horrible place! Parked in a lot directly in front of Uncle Julio's & California Closets, which was actually closed. Some guy started yelling I'm going to Tow your vehicle... after looking around, I noticed the guy was in front of Rameys bar. He claimed to be the manager. After I explained there was no "No parking for Uncle Julio's" I explained that a general S&S towing No unauthorized parking sign does not signify that I couldn't park here. Needless to say, after a some arguing in the parking lot, I moved my vehicle to prevent an incident with my family, especially 2 little kids on a cold december friday evening right before Christmas. I explained that's not the best way to invite patrons into an establishment, he told me to F*** off and write a review if I wasn't happy. So I decided to share my story. I wished him a Merry Christmas and went on my way!

We came here for the food rather than the drinks. Slower than expected service to get our burgers out. Burgers were cooked as we requested. Fries were ok. The onion rings seemed to me to be pre-fabbed, out of a bag rather than fresh. Beware that the pickles are spicy pickles. For us, not really anything to draw us to return soon.
I had the “John Burger” and it was delicious! Service and atmosphere is amazing. If I return to the Chicago area I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Just stopped in to check out the new bar in the area and everything was excellent!!! I highly recommend the big bloody marys and the food. The owner Casey was so nice and personable and so was the bartneder Chris. We will definitely come back!

I can't comment on their food because the service was so incredibly slow. When I asked our waitress why was it taking so long, she told me she didn't appreciate how I had talked to her and stormed off. Our party of 7 had waited long enough and decided to go someplace else. The owner had just walked in and asked what had happened. We explained and she was very apologetic. She offered to comp our drinks and appetizers which was nice of her. I felt bad for her but she needs to teach her staff about customer service.
