I like Rock Bottom. Hamburgers, fries and beer. What more can you want. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Food came quick. Good lunch spot

We went there after my son's graduation with other parents. We were trying to get our orders in as soon as possible and cooperate but it seem like the server was very frustrated. It seemed to take a long time to get some of our food or some of the napkins and condiments that we wanted. I at one time had to go to the bar just to get lemon since she had forgotten it. We probably won't go back even though it's about two blocks from my house. We had mostly appetizers. The nachos were decent.

This place is AMAZING. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. I ordered both the classic & strawberry margarita as well as the soft pretzel sticks and an entree sized Mac n Cheese. My server, Jurga, was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. The pretzels were buttery with the perfect amount of salt, a nice slight crunch on the edges and very soft in the middle; I love what they did with the dipping cheese! The Mac and cheese was also very good, topped with bread crumbs & shredded cheese. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming here again, everything was spectacular!!!

Some of the staff, such as the host, were stupendous. One of our 150 person parties servers was angry I was clearing tables to accommodate our event. Whoever was the manager was nowhere to be seen but the hostess was the most friendly and diligent. Not sure why our $600 dollar tip didn't get us a smile from the blonde with a pony tail. The kitchen staff and bartenders were superb. I mean, they didn't expect us to roll so deep and party for two and a half hours but they certainly did their best to keep us occupied, fed, and liquored up.

After debating on where to eat dinner before making the long drive home, my husband and I ended up at Rock Bottom and we were really happy with the whole experience. The service was great from the start, and the menu looked really good with options for everyone (plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options!) I ended up ordering the Fancy Farmer bowl and my husband ordered the Fish and Chips. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals and we'll come back again if we're ever in the area!

We liked the atmosphere and the service was decent. If you like spicy food you'll find something you really like. I liked the flavor of the BBQ chicken pizza, but didn't realize how much spice was in it. I left with a burnt mouth and upset stomach... and I only ate half the pizza.

Stopped in for early dinner. Had a MacBook Honey Blonde which was great. Also had the shrimp basket and that was good too. Service was attentive, friendly, and fast. I will definitely return.

Loved the atmosphere here. The table set up and indoor fireplace gives this place a cozy come feel. The food was delicious. Not a lot of variety in alcohol but it is expected with a brewery. Family friendly and they have happy hour Monday thru Friday!

Both my daughter and i loved the brisket Sammy. My wife had a solid steak and my son other daughter liked the pizza/pulled pork. Our waitress Val was really nice. Love that they offer Uno cards and games. Try the wicked elf!
Went here last week or so with my wife. We ordered a beer and app. Received our app fairly quickly which was nice, but didn't not receive our beer until after our sandwiches were brought out. They said the bar was busy, but other tables had gotten their drinks. Sandwiches were ok, may have just not ordered the right ones for us. Hardly saw our server, food was brought out by someone else. Food was alright, service was not great. I know places are short staffed, but don't lie and say the bar was busy and that's why we didn't get our 2 beers. Especially when people seated after received their drinks. Not a good look. Probably wouldn't go back.

The food here was decent and I wouldn’t complain about it, but it seemed pricey compared to some other places I’ve been. There were a lot of things that the restaurant didn’t have and service was very slow- it seemed was if they had too many tables open for the amount of staff they had working. We got the fish and chips, fried pickles, kids steak and fruit, and carrot cake. The best part of the experience here was the cocktail- a mezcal mule.

Thought this place would be good because of the ratings but it actually wasn’t good. There was no flavor in any sense of the word. Everything needed salt. Over cooked steak. Bland Bloody Mary. Fried chicken sandwich had an old disgusting taste to it. The pizza didn’t have “ Double layer of pepperoni” by any means….like it says in the menu. My waiter looked like he could not care less about my disappointed face lol. Didn’t complain or get my money back but It’s cool I’ll never come here again.

I’ve been coming to rock bottom since it came to the Yorktown area. However recently the whole atmosphere as taken a turn for the worst. And the food is changing menu wide for the worse. However today I had been served a drink in a dirty glass with garbage floating in it. Completely unacceptable it was not noticed until I was almost finished with the drink.I hope this restaurant can go back to the pre covid menu. With great specialties and a much more expansive menu. I get it is hard to find staff. But corporate is going to have to do something to address this.

Enjoyed the deviled eggs, half rack of ribs and the Lombard light beer. The staff is friendly and pretty responsive when needing service. Would visit again
