Terrible. Ordered online for delivery(from their site, not Uber) and no one ever picked up the order. I called store and they had no idea what to do. There was no supervisor available. I had to dispute charge with bank to get my money back.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!On Monday November 14 2024 at 8:00 p.m I bought 2 shakes the shakes were disgusting you can taste the chunks coming out I call to let them know I was already halfway home I did not want to return the boy on the phone said I can go back whenever I wanted to to get new shakes he would supposedly write me name down I call a week later on November 21 at 8:00p.m before going to get my new shakes because I already know this was going to happen i call to let them know I am going for new shakes the person on the phone answers says he sees no name written down and he’s going to”text his boss” to see if he can make the new shakes he leaves me on hold for 5 minutes then pretends he can’t hear me and blocks my number I call on a new phone number and he again proceeds to act to not hear me never coming here again worst smoothie king I have been to what can you say when you put a bunch of high schooler to work at this location

Nice smoothie place on Roosevelt and main street. Lots of varieties of smoothies to choose from.Some have a ton of protein in it, Upto 41 grams. There are other options with more greens and fruits.They have some smoothie bowls too.They do have protein powder on sale there too.There is not a lot of seating space inside and the music was a little too loud.

I visited this location over an hour before closing and had a pleasant experience. As soon as I pulled in the drive thru I was greeted (I wasn't ready to order yet) the person was very patient with me and promptly took and repeated my order and told me the total. She sounded annoyed to be working but the customer service was good and I had my order in my hands in under 3 minutes (I timed it) no issues. Maybe all of the previous complaints made a difference because I would definitely return.

Ordered via their app on Saturday 7/29 on my way to work. My order was placed at 837am and “ready by” 847am. When I pulled up the store was still closed. Their posted hours are 8am to 9pm on Saturdays. There were other customers there for mobile orders and in drive thru. This not the first time smoothie king fails to open on time. Then when I called the store for a refund they sent me to corporate. I called corporate who explained only the franchised location can issue the refund. So now I have chase my refund, wasted my time Saturday and never got my smoothie. Try Tropical Smoothie down the street instead, I’ve never had an issue with them.

7/31/23I'm appalled with the way the manager Debbie, if the Lombard, Illinois store handled my situation. I returned a smoothie because it had a strange aftertaste and it was utterly sweet, and it caused my stomach to hurt. The worker called Debbie, and told her her about my experience. The employee then stated there were no refunds so I asked the employee if he could call the manager back and I speak to her; initially she was blowing on the phone and she just kept speaking that there are no refunds and she was extremely irate , irrational and rude very rude, and she hung up on me. The principle is, if I am a first time customer and something isn't right with the product, why can't I get a refund? I did not want another smoothie it was the worst smoothie I've ever had and I would not recommend that anybody would go to that Smoothie King, besides that, the fruit looked syrupy & inedible, with black bananas. I will also leave a message with corporate.The final note is there isn't a posting anywhere in the store indicating No Refunds.

Every time I go there I have to wait 20-25 mins on the drive thru and there are always 2 cars stuck in front of me. The employees take their sweet time to take my order. I'm sure its just a smoothie spot and it should take this long to make smoothies.

Their customer service here is horrible…. Soon as I walked in it was a girl washing something out at the sink and it was a Hispanic guy he drew a long breathe and just walked to the register I walked right out I will not patronize this location I will go to the downers Grove location… today was the first day I’ve tried them and I wanted them again and went to lombard because it was closer but I will NEVER return again they are rude and need customer service training

Smoothies are fine but I have no idea how they stay in business. I always have to wait for them to take my order. They “need a minute” every time. It takes at least 20 minutes in the drive through every time, sometimes more, and there’s no way out so you’re just stuck there. Definitely never go if you’re in a hurry.
