“Not sure who’s running this place, but you’re doing a great job. Your employees are all in good moods and very kind. I had to come here because my internet was out and was so pleasantly greeted and the vibe was great in here.Parking: A ton of spotsWheelchair accessibility: They have a handicap accessible seating area.“
“Average Starbucks restaurant and coffee shop in downtown Lombard. The service was friendly and my coffee came out as ordered. Pricing is average for this store. They had plenty of seating to hang out with one or a few people. WiFi is available on all of your devices while you visit the store.“
“Just a little while ago, I came into this Starbucks, and I haven't been to any Starbucks in quite a while, so I had no idea what drink to pick or what was good and what wasn't. Thankfully, the stores shift leader, "charlie" guided me through it with tons of patience and cheerfulness. She was so friendly and so was the rest of the staff. I'm definitely going to come back, and this time I know what I like :)Dietary restrictions: They are very clear about what items might have dietary restrictions. It's very easy to navigate and they also have multiple dietary options“
“I've gotten beverages here a couple of times prior to starting my shopping at Target. Service has been friendly. Today, they offered me b1g1 free drinks, and I didn't know that was happening! Downside here, mom's buying their kids beverages, and they climb all over the counter being impatient. Also, target now has cupholders in their carts!“
“I go to this Starbucks frequently in the mornings since it is on my commute to work. The staff is very friendly and my order is made correctly the majority of the time. However, a couple members of the team are so chatty and repeat my order multiple times where it gets frustrating as the line gets held up and I get stressed about running late to work. I wish I would just receive a simple "good morning" and get my drink. No need to say my name and order back to me 4 times :) (this is just meant as constructive feedback. I apologize if it comes off a little rude!)“
