This one Arby's is the absolute worst one I have ever been too. I work across the street and the employees are terrible!! VERY VERY SLOW!!! LAZZZY. Don't go here unless you wish to wait and wait for your food and then it's served COLD or WRONG!!!! Avoid unless you want to wait for a single product over 20 minutes!! This is this stores baddd habit! Or they just do not care!!! For now on I drive across town to avoid this one store, I suggest you do too ........... 0 out of 10!!!

I was ordering from the app and had a problem removing an item. I drove to the window where the young lady took my phone and made the correction. I placed the order then drove to a parking spot to wait the 5 minute prep time. In about two minutes she was at the car window with the order. This was about 4 p.m. July 22nd, 2023. She should be commended. We will be back!
