We ordered 6 meals to go. We got 5 meals. I ordered the steak burrito ? and didn't get placed with the order. Sarah ordered a lifestyle bowl, and half the stuff she ordered was not in it. This isn't the first time I've had this problem here. It makes it very hard to go back.

I will never go to this place again. They charged us over $16 per burrito bowl and the guacamole was disgusting. They literally put a couple pieces of meat on my bowl and charged me $5 extra just to get more meat. Worse experience ever.

We love ordering ahead here and picking it up in the drive through. Orders are accurate and completed on time. Lately, we’ve also eaten inside a couple of times and experienced good service. We’re so glad Chipotle added this location!

I tried to grab some food here but couldn’t even find a parking spot, they weren’t even that busy in side, probably had about 10 customers but no parking spots left because it seems their employees take up half a f the 12 spots they have. Ended up going to Tom and Jerry’s next door and ended up being way better anyways, didn’t upset my stomach like the food here. Save your money and go to Tom and Jerry’s instead

As with most Chipotles the dining area is a bit bland, food was excellent though. The dining area was left a little messy in a couple areas including where we sat (by some previous guests who were worse pigs than my kids were as infants). But overall very nice location!! Maybe just stock the hot sauce a little better and clean up more often after the customers who are slobs and sadly won't pick up after themselves.Parking: Great parking on east south and west of building.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a very long ramp on the east side of the building. I didn't pay attention to the west side to see if it was level with the building.

Ordered online for pickup the rice was completely uncooked it was hard as a rock. I went back the crater face manager with glasses told me she doesn’t know why the rice is not cooking there’s no way for her to tell if it’s done. She said I can have it remade with brown rice, meanwhile was still knowingly serving the the uncooked white rice I asked if you know it’s not cooked why are you continuing to serve it she said “why are you worried about it” I was shocked she’s the manager and has terrible customer service didn’t even apologize.

Don't bother going to this location. The last 2 times I have been here has been a total disaster. They will mess up your order and act like they don't care. Employees need to act like they care.If you spend 40 dollars on food the least you can do it get it right or help make it better if someone messess up.I will never go to this location again and I hope corporate see this and corrects it immediately.Ps don't expect a response from the survey or complaints you fill out.
