Waited in line for my order for about 10 min then the person two cars in front of me got there stuff finally and then then car right in front t got there and I got mine but why don't they park cars, they give out ice cream before the food and make ice cream before food is even paid for so it is all melted ?

I didn't actually eat there today. I frequent the place at least once a week usually. Today I went to the counter and several of the employees who were by the window just looked at me. No one acknowledged me no 1 said will be with you in a minute. I waited for a couple minutes and decided they did not want my business today. Oftentimes when I'm in there the people will be yelling at each other in a foreign language. And it's fine that they're speaking a foreign language it's the fact that they're usually yelling at each other. Decided I'm not coming back for a while.

Best burger I have had at a DQ. No extra charge for adding onions. Juicy and lots of cheese. Highly recommend this DQ if you are anywhere near Riverside and Perryville.

E Riverside location: UpdateBest DQ in the area in terms of size and presentation of dipped cones. They actually dip the ice cream so that it doesn’t melt out and onto the cone before you can get there. The chocolate dip hardens as well.The Blizzards are generous with add- ins!Not sure what the DQ on Alpine does differently, but their cones were a disaster and their service wasn’t great. DQ Roscoe is pretty good and friendly!Original: Cashier not friendly. Guy who called out the order and flipped the Blizzards upside down was too quiet. (A petty old woman- customer- is not the reason for the 2 star rating.) Blizzard quickly melted from counter to me. The frozen fruit made the Blizzard taste like ice.I’m intrigued to try the rest of the menu, so we might come back. Not expecting much considering the service and food quality from today’s visit.Parking: Parking lot connected to the Taco Bell. Tom and Jerry’s is on the other side.Parking lot has lights.Kid-friendliness: What isn’t kid-friendly about ice cream and burgers?

LOVE this DQ! They are always friendly, have great food and they too have management that is always active with our community. We have had Girl Scout outings there to earn and learn the "business badge" and they have also helped to raise awareness for our local food pantries via the Girl Scout and Rockford Rivets. Great Business to support with even better food!

This people have no respect for the costumers at all. They closing the lobby at 830pm even the sign it says 9pm. And when i asked them why you guys closing the lobby at 830pm and the sign says 9pm the boss said if i dont like it i dont have to go there and they dont care of costumers support them or not cuz they have enough costumers. Short handed with 6 people inside. We wil look stupid if we support this place.

Very disappointed in the customer service here. First impressions in drive thru there was a complete Language barrier ( I was unable to understand the employee ) she told me to pull around to place my order. I did that and she rung me up for the wrong order. She then refunded me and placed the correct order. I got my order and realize it’s not my order. Afterwards I go into the restaurant and tell them of the mistake.. there was no “We are sorry for the mistake’s (plural)”… nothing. The young lady that placed my order laughed actually in my face. At that point, I asked for a refund. This was a 30 minute ordeal on my lunch break. Looks like this place is under new management and it’s failing! You guys can do better!
