I'm surprise that this business has a 4.5 rating. We stopped by yesterday and order 3 pho dishes. WAY to much MSG and we think the meat wasn't fresh. Their was a strong smell from the soup that we could not finish. Can someone chime in and let me know what the smell was? We are used to eating PHO with raw meat in the soup. Probably our last trip.

Good customer service, staff are friendly and helpful,we had few different flavors bubble tea drinks . taste of the drink wasn’t good as we accepted for bubble tea place. I ‘m not recommended it for specially, for who goes drink iced tea or bubble tea .

Was craving for some pho back home, so decided to check this place out. Was pretty solid southern style pho. The chicken meat had a bit of a rubbery quality to it, the broth could have been a bit hotter(as the rare steak was also kinda stuck in the rubbery zone), and would have been nice to have some options like tendon. I didn’t try the boba, but I think having boba at a pho place did detract from the atmosphere a bit.

Our favorite Rockford pho spot. Amazing pho, my personal favorite is the Mi Ga Tan & shrimp spring rolls, egg rolls are decent. If you don't want pho their vermicelli bowls are delicious and well priced for the amount of food you get. Customer service is always top notch, friendly and fast!

I've been going to Pho Square for at least 10 years! I've had several items on their menu. All great! But I keep getting dragged back to the Pork Chop with steamed rice! Their rice is just so fluffy and sticky! Cooked perfectly every single time! Their meat does vary at times. Mostly, it's cooked just right. Sometimes though, it is a little overcooked and becomes dry. It's still good tasting though.Never forget the spring rolls! After all this time, they still don't forget to ask if I'm allergic to peanuts for the peanut sauce with the rolls.I love this place! I do wish they would get online ordering for the times I can not make it to dine in!

So I placed an order requesting two orders of the Shrimp Dumpling Ramen w/extra dumplings, the goofy blimp repeats the order back to me… still failed to get the order correct. Spoke with the manager, he’s a weird mfer… he tells me to look for the dumpling several times, after I’ve repeated to him several times that dumplings weren’t added and no extra shrimp dumpling ramen. Like after getting dizzy from their stupidity, I just hung up and proceeded to give a review.
Went to Pho Square for the first time a couple weeks ago food was good and flavorful so why the bad review there customer service is horrible. The second time i went there we ordered the same thing as the first time and upon our food arriving they had brought me beef instead of pork i explained to the lady who brought the food that i wanted the pork chops and she said this is what you ordered but took the plate to the back i was expecting her to bring what i wanted instead a gentle man comes out and insist that i eat what they brought me i told him that its not what i ordered and he kept pointing at my recipe repeatedly saying this is what you order this is what you eat how rude and unprofessional. What ever happened to customer service or customers always right. What a shame the food was good but with attitude like that i won't be back!!!Kid-friendliness: Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
