I drove from rockton to this location because I have always been happy here but this time they put no gravy on the mashed, I also requested only dark meat and there was still white meat. Very disappointed I would have gladly waited for more chicken to come up. Completely ruined my experience. I won't be back.

If you have plans for anything else do not order from this place! I always place an online order ahead of time and every time I get there to pick it up I'm waiting a minimum of 20 minutes. Today I did an online order for drive thru just to be told I had to come inside. Then when I came in they hadn't started my order! I've been here 30 minutes and still don't have my food. I'm done coming to this place.

It's been a while since I've been to Popeyes. I remember it was cut above other chicken joints. Not so much anymore, 2 similar experiences. Don't know if I'll give them another chance.

I spent 91$ waited for an hour. Never received My chicken sandwich or popcorn shrimp I ordered. Everytime I come to this place I am missing something in my order. If I could give this place zero stars I would give it zero stars. Is there any way I can get a refund for missing items.

What happened to the good crispy chicken , I order and it was not good, no crunches...

I was there but left before ordering because a man was in there asking for the manager stating that the food he ordered made his daughter sick. He said she threw up twice. I can't afford to be sick, so I left. If your thinking the girl may have been sick to start with, so did I which is why I stayed as long as I did waiting to order, but he went to another Popeyes and ordered the same thing (he had 2 bags in his hand) and wanted to show the manager that they looked nothing alike. I've worked in food before, and raw chicken is no joke.
I understand the Youth want to work, need more Discipline you are the Supervisor not the friend.

Popeyes is not fine dining, but is enjoyable on occasion. This location on North 2nd is definitely the best of the three in the area. We'll drive further to go to this one where the wait is less, the staff is friendlier and there are fewer mistakes or unavailable items. Whole family enjoys the food here every couple of months. Would give it 3-1/2 stars if I could. No complaints, decent for "fast" food. We generally don't go to many fast food chain restaurants, but this is one of only a few exceptions. Skip the Auburn and E. State locations or you can expect disappointment.

It takes forever when you are waiting for food. They need a new flow system so the place will run smoothly. There was a lot of irritated customers in there.
