Went here to play and not happy to see the employee playing that should not be allowed. In my opinion. As firstly they are working and maybe that machine I would have chosen to play. Will probably not return. It's unethical to allow your workers to play while on duty of their shift.

I was in a bonus when the machines shut down. Left a sign on machine but attendant didn’t leave a not for morning staff. Online it said they opened at 9. I went about 8:20 to wait until they were open and the morning girl had someone play out my bonus - so she said. Was not apologetic or offered any solution. I used to play there 1-3 times a week. Will never go back!!!

The staff is friendly and courteous. Remember, they don't build these places because you win. They're for fun, give yourself a time limit and stick to it. Up or down....leave. Good beer prices too. Good Luck!!

Its 11/5/2020 I went in to play played, then noticed the employee was sitting and playing at a machine. Taking away from the customers. You can not work and play, that's wrong. It was around 330pm. I was nice when I told her. You can't do that. She yelled at me and followed me outside. She needs to be fired!!
