I wish I could say these cupcakes they sell are fresh and tasty but that would be a lie. I've been here several times and almost every time I buy something from this bakery it is not fresh. They taste like they are a few days old. What a disappointment considering they are not cheap. I am done buying from here. I seriously think they are selling day old or even 2 day old baked goods.

This place is absolutely amazing! I absolutely love the Milky Way and churro cupcakes. And the pop tarts... ?I ordered a sheet cake from here and it was very good! Super soft and simply cute. Definitely coming back for sure!
This place is amazing!!! The cupcakes are delicious- always different weekly and monthly flavors. Never had one I didn't like! It's our go to place for special birthday treats- especially when everyone likes different flavors. They also have ice cream, cookies, and frosting shots! It's a cute shop with very friendly employees too! It's our favorite and it will be your favorite too. Bonus they have a loyalty program as well. Who doesn't like free stuff!!

Everybody at Sugarjones was great to work with while planning our wedding. We wanted to have a small cake for just us and the wedding party and a large dessert table with lots of options and they were able to provide us with tons of options - including some for our gluten-free guests. Everything was absolutely delicious, and we would highly recommend the donuts! They even delivered and set everything up. We would definitely recommend Sugarjones for any dessert-related event you're planning, or even just to stop in for a cupcake.

I want to love locally owned Sugar Jones, but it’s very hit or miss for quality, taste, and texture of their products. I just had a red velvet cupcake (overfilled with batter, the paper shredded when I tried to remove), the filling and frosting were identical, and the cake texture was gummy. Purchased one of each flavor macaron- disappointing. The texture of the shell was off, clearly refrigerated and put back out for sale (they had that weird commercial fridge taste), the filling was thin and runny, spilling out with each bite. For $30 of product this mediocre, I will not be back.

Pleasant staff, but we were really underwhelmed by the cupcakes themselves. They didn't seem much different than what I can find in local grocery stores, honestly. When I think of gourmet cupcakes, with a gourmet price, I think big, fancy and busting with flavor, but these were the opposite...they were quite small, lacking flavor, frosting was really oily and they were surprisingly plain in appearance and overall taste. I'm glad we tried it, but we won't be returning.
The cupcakes could possibly be better if they used real icing. The oily butter cream icing makes them wet and undesirable after having one. Not worth the calories in my opinion!

The selection was scarce but ended up getting the tiramisu. Unfortunately the cream was lacking flavor and the cocoa powder was heavy on top.I will have to stop by another time to try something else on their menu, but I wouldn't recommend their tiramisu.
