Great fast service love it it was a lady named lexis she did a beyond great job she most definitely needs a raise !! Positive attitude very helping and was the best one who was working hard she deserves a raise !!

The mobile app never works for this location! App works fine at every other location in the surrounding area, so makes me wonder if they disable it.When you order at the speaker they ask you to repeat every item 3-4 times. Constantly long wait times even when there are no other customers.

Placed a mobile order late tonight. Despite no one else being in the drive-thru, it took several minutes of waiting before our order was taken. We told them we had a mobile order to pick up. We're then told to go to the window.We get to the window and we're handed the 1 drink on our order and continue to wait. Too much time goes by before the person opens the window and apologizes for the wait to say that they're waiting on fresh potatoes. We're handed some free coupons after an apology. Fine. I'm hungry and cranky, but it's whatever. I just want my food by this point.We waited even longer and EVENTUALLY we are handed our food with another apology.We get home and THE FREAKING NACHOS BEL GRANDE is missing. HOW DO YOU MISS THIS ITEM?! I AM LIVID BY THIS POINT!You were not busy!!! THERE WERE LITERALLY NO PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE-THRU!! WHY DID WE WAIT SO LONG AND NOT A /SINGLE/ DAMN PERSON PUT THE NACHOS IN THE BAG!!?? IT WAS ONLY TWO POTATO TACOS. HOW DID /THAT/ BREAK YOUR ENTIRE OPERATION AT ALMOST MIDNIGHT?!?!!I WANT MY FREAKING NACHOS!

We found hair in the breakfast burrito, hash brown patties were overcooked and dry and food was cold. Went in to get refund they were rude about it and when left a woman yelled something never again Wendy's breakfast is better by far.

Terrible workers. Had an Uber driver contact me telling me they were refusing to make my order because “someone already took the order”. How are Uber drivers coming to your location to pick up my food if my food was already picked up? Extremely unprofessional. Their food taste like sh1t anyways and was the only thing open. They’ve probably made me throw up about 4 times now anyways. I imagine they mess with my order intentionally because of their beef with UBER EATS. Might contact corporate over it because whoever is working there definitely needs fired. They’re terrible. Go to another location, avoid this one. I’ve also worked here before and know for a fact they don’t use hairnets the way they’re suppose to unless the corporate people come around. So if you want hairy sh1tty food with terrible customer service this is the place for you. Hey corporate- you might want to watch who you hire more closely. Maybe put some cameras in the work areas so you can watch them work if you need to, because they aren’t doing what you’re paying them to do. Just a heads up. ??
