Service was great. The flavors of the Açaí bowl was good but I wish the toppings were layered rather than sectioned out. I also had the tuna kale wrap which was delish! Highly recommend this if you're looking for a change of pace from a traditional eatery.

The polite thing to do when you not sure which customer to help first is to say let me help who’s next. Instead she helped the guy that came in after me. I had to say I haven’t ordered. I think this is terrible customer service. I probably won’t purchase from there anymore. Other than this the other ladies were nice and bowl was good.

Thrive cafe is the place to go for the most healthy and delicious lunches, protien shakes and snacks! Marylyn and Deb (and all staff) will greet you with a warm smile every time and will make you feel right at home! Impeccable customer service!!! Highly recommended!

Wish I could rate the food versus the service. We ordered at 11:20 - two warm bowls - and they weren't served until 55 minutes later. FIFTY-FIVE MINUTES! When asked about the extraordinarily long wait the reason was that we arrived when there was a rush. Now it is possible that there were a lot of online orders but we did not witness that many customers coming in to pick them up. There were at least two other people who waited for about 20-30 minutes for their order. They did offer a $10 GC when they finally realized we'd been sitting at a table for close to an hour waiting for our lunch. Kind of too little, too late. The food was good but not an hour waiting time good.
I picked up salads from Thrive cafe and they were SO good. Lots of avocado, veggies and of course delicious dressing. I'll be coming here to grab salads more often!

Food and beverages are great but management seems poor. Only ever one person working and the poor person is run ragged trying to help 8 people at once so it’s not really worth waiting a half hour for an airport priced smoothie. Good wholesome ingredients though. I just prefer allowing lower class people being given the same opportunity for healthy options as upper class. $10 for a smoothie is WILD

Very disappointing. Purchased 2 smoothies to go, only to find several pieces of PLASTIC in them! Called to report and they asked to return for remake or gift card. We lost our appetite for another smoothie, so told them we would return the next day for a gift card. Upon return, the staff wanted to make new smoothies and, after reminding them that we asked for a gift card instead, they basically ignored us and helped other customers. The worst: They tried to tell us that the pieces of plastic were ice. These smoothies were in the car all day before we ran them through a sieve to find all the plastic AND took the first piece we found in to show them (the next day). We left with nothing after spending over $22 on two smoothies. Treating customers as though they are ignorant and being dismissive when they bring a safety issue to your attention is the worst customer service ever. Loved them in the past, but will not return.

They need to update their online menu prices. I ordered to-go so I never got a price over the phone, so when I went to pick it up it was about 8 dollars more than it said it would be online. For one meal, that's a huge difference. Just to receive my "hot meal" lukewarm. Disappointing overall.
