The Midway Duck Inn was my first of many trips ahead. Living in Lowpoint growing up, I had never been there before. Now that I'm back "home", friends came with us to try out the place. The food was very hot and good! They have a killer side salad that's out of this world and unlike most "side" salad we've had. It had diced onion, red and yellow sweet peppers, carrots, tomatoes and a slice of cucumber. They also had blue cheese crumbles if you wanted a little extra. We had the fish special, and it was good and very flavorful. I would highly recommend it on their Wednesday night special. Fast service and very thorough. Thank you Midway Duck Inn!

The food quality is amazing, prices are reasonable. I absolutely love the whole catfish, lobster fries, homemade coleslaw, house salad with blue cheese, and au gratin potatoes!!!? My husband loves their burger with fries It is hard to find a place that both of us love We tell everyone we know about this place, a hidden gem!!!?

Went in with a party of 13 without notice and they were able to handle our group very well! Food came out hot and fresh and the beers kept coming!
We all had a delicious meal. I ordered the grilled shrimp, and my friends ordered the fried blue gill. The ambience is nice. We could have used a bigger table, as we had difficulty finding space for all the dishes we had for the meals.

Always loved this local been going for years. I do think ownership has changed. The inside is a bit nicer now but louder. We ordered the fried chicken. Cooked to perfection and largest chicken I ever had. The fritters are excellent. I ordered extra not knowing came with the meal. Great service from the waitress. So overall excellent. Only negitive it is a bit loud and where we sat busy with traffic. But great food and service.

The hostess, waitress and all were very friendly. I enjoyed it tremendously and it was my birthday and I got an apple fritter with whipped cream on top. Amazing!!
We went to Midway Duck Inn to celebrate an anniversary While we chose it because of location a few of us had been there previously Their menu encompasses a variety of foods. Our group of eight had great service, great food items and enjoyed the experience. For those who were there for the first time they agreed it was a great place to enjoy dinner. We all had a great time!
We had the fried chicken special & it was delicious and very juicy. I recommend the cream cheese corn and sweet Au gratin potatoes as sides and the duck wontons as an appetizer.

We had a reservation, actually got there quite a bit early and were immediately seated. It was busy and loud, but the service, food and drinks were excellent! We visit here about once a month and have yet to be disappointed.

Hadn't been here in a year place has been redone inside and looked great. Still the same feel but freshened up. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Had corn fritters for an appetizer not too many places have these yet alone do them right. They do them right, very good. My Cheeseburger with bacon added was excellent and huge. If there was any downside it would be that my dinner partners tenderloin had changed since our last visit (which was our reason for going there) she said it was still good just not like it was before. The menu has also been refreshed and we look forward to returning and trying other things.
