I ordered 10 piece spicy nugget and only received 8. I guess someone doesn't know how to count. Make sure you check your order before you drive away always! I won't be going to the location anymore.

Came here at 12:46 as was charged for a meal and waited 30 mins for meal and never got it . Was parked like an idiot waiting for food and never got it until lady said come the next day for my food . Was told to pay in cash and never got a receipt

My husband and I came here late tonight for some food. The girl at the drive thru register said they were only accepting cash. They took all of my husband’s cash that he had on him. We proceeded to wait for our order to be brought to us and waited for 20 mins. My husband then reversed in the drive thru and was told by the same cashier that they were closed after they already took all of our money. She told my husband to come back tomorrow to get free food. Unbelievable . Never trust this Wendy’s!!! They will scam you, take all your cash, and never give you any of the food you paid for. Lawsuit waiting to happen!!

Service terrible, cashier messed up our order after I repeated it a few times while inside the restaurant. He was so busy talking to co-workers and using profanity that he wasn't listening to me while taking my order. After alerting him, he insisted it was correct until I took it back out of the bag to show him it was not right. He then asked if I wanted 2 redo the order. I told him just 4get it and left. I will not return. Employees need more training and proper management at this location.

Food was fine but the service was terrible. The girl who took our order lied to us that lunch starts at 11am when we know it ends at 10:30 and we arrived around 10:20 completely forgetting breakfast ends at 10:30am. We asked kindly what time does lunch start and she first said 10:30 but then switched up and said “actually 11am” and told us it was way to early for lunch. Then when we had our breakfast order ready we decided to do the 2 for 3 biggie breakfast and told us we couldn’t do two sandwiches in one biggie so we decided on sandwiches and potatoes but the girl who took our order decided to charge us for 2 sandwiches in one biggie meal and we never got our potatoes. Completely confused us and kept going back on her words. We took what we had because we weren’t overcharged and just took the lost. But then as we pull out at this point it’s 10:30am they’re changing their menu to lunch ??♀️

This happened just now, Walked up to register looking at the menu. Four people just standing talking. Guy looked at me and said for me to WAIT. 2 minutes went by and I walked out. Not once did they ask me anything or even acknowledge me. Bunch of morons.

Theirs a bunch of teenagers working this location, staff is either rude or nonchalant, made my order wrong on several occasions. I recieved 2 ice cold burgers yesterday. Asked for a refund, manager said he can’t give a refund but can remake the order. I refused and requested my money back and in the end I never got my money back, their workers are unsanitary making food with no gloves, one worker walked in from out side with no gloves and and started preparing food truly disgusting. The seats are filthy and the floors have not been swept in days.Kid-friendliness: My child said the food was ice cold
I went late in the evening a few days ago after a long day to purchase 2 Large Chili's at this site with Cheddar asked they stir the pot so the meat and beans are present. Along with 2 baked potatoes with everything.When I got home this is what we encountered 2 dried hard potatoes.The chili was liquid thin with barely any beans I must say it had the ground meat. ?I immediately called to speak with the Manager present at the time named Oscar who at the moment was apologetic who took my first name and said he would inform the day Manager of the incident and would be given the order at no charge this was over $20.00 plus.So I go today to obtain my order at no charge the current Manager Susana said she needed to verify this with Manager Oscar via a call.Today 11-16-23I waited patiently only to be told yes per "Oscar" but it would only be for 1 set losing over $10.00 ?I responded to the Manager Susana unacceptable and disrespectful she re-iterated only 1 he was approving.I did state I will not accept I spent and am now losing over $20.00I told her that's fine I know what I will do.That is filing a complaint today with the Wendy's Corporation on the bad food and lack of good Customer Service with a full reimbursement.I have had once in a while some minor bad items but always let it go. This was too much money to look the other way.Also, some of the young people at the drive-thru again "some" are not welcoming and can be aloof.
