The service was bar none when me and my wife came to this establishment, the cleanliness of the store was great.It was surprising to see the food to come out so fresh, quick, and at a very reasonable time.The owners should definitely give his or her workers kodos for their professionalism and fine detail to their store.

Really bad service not a clean store zI'm really surprised because they used to get my Oder right all the time. Me and wife go there every Saturday morning they guy ,that used to be there was Great knew my name and already knew my Oder now they always mess it up . This new crew suck and so dose that manger they need the old crew back wish it was the crew frorm 3 months ago fast and quick now This new crew is a bunch of young lazy kids

The staff at this location simply does not listen. This is the 2nd time I order asking for all flats. I never receive all flats even though I get charged for it. There was barely any sauce on the wings but there was a ton of oil sitting on the bottom of the box.I also ordered Cajun corn and requested light seasoning. The corn had so much seasoning that the corn could have been neon green and I would not be able to notice.Ridiculous.

Order 40 minutes ahead of time. Drive all the way here and they said there was an issue with the fryers?? While they were frying wings in the back. So full of it. Customer service was horrible and I was sitting there for 15 minutes to even know what was going on.

Never usually go cause they have an hour wait.Food was absolutely mid. Probably unclean frying stations since my food was mega soggy.The kid who took my call didn't tell me it was card only since covid, and had cash on me only. So how am I supposed to pay?Nobody wanted to take accountability for THEIR mistake, and kept giving me an attitude for pressing them on it. Fast food shouldn't such a hassle, and their people are morons.

My wife said everyone deserves a second chance. So in spite of my feelings on Wingstop, I went back to give another try. NEVER AGAIN!I picked up my order. Wrong wings, fries are cold and not large as ordered. 7 people working in the store. Lady working the counter hears my issues. Barely speaks a word to me. Takes care of customers behind me before helping me. Counter lady reprints the receipt and hands it off to another lady. Other lady comes to the counter, takes the wrong order from me while not speaking a word. They didn't say sorry, or have a seat while we correct this. Nothing. I was left to assume they are fixing it. After 10 minutes of not telling me what was going on, I decided I'm out. Went to the counter, told the girl to just refund me. They said they would refund it, no questions asked. It was as if this happens a lot and they simply don't care. There is a Hooters down the street. That's where I'll be going from now on.------------Wingstops $10 response.
