Just stopped for quick lunch, hadn't been there in a couple years. Great variety on menu. Prices average. Fountain soda machine not working, only pop available was sugary pop. Water bottles were only option and costly so I shared a bottle with husband. My pasta was as described very simple, three cheese, marinara, noodles of course (5 stuffed noodles exactly), didn't even fill the cheap container it was served in. What I received was so spicy I could barely eat it - nothing in product description said anything about spicey or I wouldn't have ordered it. Your serving portion has decreased immensely, 5 noodles, and comes in a tin and plastic tray like you get with frozen TV dinners which was less than desirable- was this fresh or frozen TV dinner I'm sitting in a restaurant eating? Hmmm , not the excellent Noodles experience as I remember it in the past when you were given so much you couldn't eat it all, which is happening everywhere these days. Used to be good pasta flavor but this was so spicy I couldn't even taste any cheeses. Not a good experience unfortunately, server greeted us with a smile and was friendly, person delivering food to table didn't smile, didn't say hi, just sat food on table with no concern who ordered what and walked away. Less than stellar experience unfortunately and it wasn't busy, only two other tables in use.

That was delicious! Had the noodles with parmigiana crusted chicken…. Wow! So good. Wish I had known there were mushrooms in it, not a fan, but the rest more than made up for it.Both staff members were polite and friendly too! They seemed happy and made the first impression great.Wish we had these in Niagara Falls ON

I love this location, it’s by far the best around here. They’ve never gotten a single thing in my order wrong down never forgetting a fork when I ask for it. The food is delicious and the portions are always the best (which is what lacks at other locations).

The order was fasting as expected. I really like coming here as there's always something for everyone in the family and even the kids can find something that they enjoy. Plus they have the Coke machine that allows you to choose whatever flavor you want which always makes it so much better. The place was clean and organized and exactly as we want to be. Well done

I was HORRIBLY disappointed in Noodles and Company!I ordered the Korean Steak Noodles with no cilantro, substituted the cucumber for broccoli, and paid to add mushrooms. There were ZERO mushrooms, a tiny bit of broccoli, and almost no steak! What little bit of steak was there was fatty and gross.The noodles themselves weren't terrible, but they were basically flavorless, and too salty.The meatballs were NOTHING like advertised!Instead of Korean spicy BBQ sauce it was just a thick soy sauce with an EXTREMELY HIGH amount of salt!!!!I'll NEVER go back!

I ordered the bbq chicken Mac and cheese. Some fool put shrimp instead of chicken. That was weird. Other then that it was ok I guess. My first time ordering from this company. Not sure if I'd come
Noodles are really good but your side salad is a joke. I ordered carry out last weekend, when I opened the bag and saw that little container of salad I just laughed. I mean come on people it’s just lettuce and you put like 3 little pieces in the container. I would tell people skip a side salad but noodles are always great

We had great service. Restaurant & restroom were very clean. Food was ok. Unfortunately I think it was the most over priced meal I've ever had. I've tried it twice now.

This is the nicest looking noodles I’ve ever went to. Not even the ones in Denver looked as neat and clean as this one. The bathrooms were spotless, and the restaurant just in general looks very well taken care of.

It was my first time trying Noodles and Company. I had the Pad Thai. It was very good, and portion size was good. Wife wanted to try the impossible orange chicken, but they said they no longer carry it.

Don't order on app they triple charged my credit card never fixed it and sent me an email apologizing and I asked for reimbursement even if it was store credit they didn't respond. They take the money and run ?♂️
