I think is not fair to compare, but the price of the croissant and pain au chocolet is way too much. Only in one place in Rockford I found for the same price a really good quality for these products. Again, here is not common, but in Europe it is a common part of our breakfast, it can find anywhere. So quality ( I mean... Texture... How it break when you beat, smell and taste) cannot be compared. It brought to my attention that I did not smell anything, any characteristics bakery smell when product are fresh made ( side apart to make them to loose some temperature). I think... The breakfast that other people was taking like bread with eggs or ham ...etc.... Looks like good, and the bread was toasted... Next time I would try those.

I had a 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup. The broccoli cheese soup was delicious. The sandwich had so much lettuce on it that's all I could taste. Not much else on the bread. It was disappointing.

We had a DD delivery tonight 12/29 for two totaling 40 and some change. We did not receive some of our order and what we did receive was lack luster or wrong to say the least. However, the evening manager Jose personally contacted door dash and remade our food alongside of personally tipping the redelivery driver. Ive seen some scary reviews of the locations, but this manager impressed us with his diligence and sincerity to make it right for us. The good over shadows the bad in the experience. Quality service.
Brandon made me feel like I was ignorant and was over explaining things. My father worked for panera for most of my childhood so I remember a lot of the recipes, and he was making nearly everything incorrectly. There was WAY too much dressing on the salads, AND he forgot some of my order. I have used catering through a different panera and I loved it, but after this experience i will NOT be using it again.

Multiple mistakes made in taking our order.Cooks caught the mistakes and changed our sandwiches.....but didn't replace the 3 soups, so by the time the corrected order come up, our soup was not even warm.This is so unusual for Panera.....so, I only removed 1 star.
