Ordered the chicken sandwich with curly fries. Got to work. Had regular fries. Not a deal breaker. But if your going to charge me 14 dollars for a meal. Make it right.

Came inside because drive thru was long. Did not get acknowledged for 20 mins after standing there. They were not short staffed but seemed like they needed 4 workers just for the drive thru. Front counter customers kept coming in and no one even looked up. Worst service ever!!!! Had to walk out being a health care worker we only have so much time for lunch.

Manager was trying to do everything because employees don’t want to work hard. Sad world.

It's always chaos at this Arby's. The employees are always friendly, except for one gentleman that was a supervisor. Today I bit into my cheeseburger and it was raw inside. This is a horrible thing to happen, especially with all of the salmonella cases happening lately.Thank you for your time,

For starters, we had to repeat one part of our order four different times despite it being the first part of the order. When we added fries, he asked again what sandwich we wanted (it happening once is understandable). But it became weird when he verbally acknowledged that he added the sandwich to the order, then at the end he repeated the order without it. When my boyfriend added that he forgot the sandwich, the man on the other side went quiet for about 2 minutes (very awkward silence btw) then repeated our order without the same sandwich again. So, we repeated it again. After this it became obvious why it had taken so long to get to the order speaker. Then with two people in front of us, it took about 40 minutes to get up to the window. However, we got charged for the wrong order. Which wasn't obvious at first because they didn't ask what order we had, and because we had forgotten the exact total they gave us by the time we arrived at the window. We had to wait for a while to get the original order that wasn't ours refunded (which is supposedly supposed to arrive back in my boyfriend's account in 20-48 hours). By the time we actually got our food, it was soggier than typical fast food and lukewarm.I don't know if everyone on shift was in training, but that shouldn't be happening to begin with.

Just like everything else right now, very expensive. My husband and I just split a meal because they're asking for so much right now. The food was just regular fast food greasy and unhealthy.

My favorite place to eat out at. No long waits in the drive thru and real nice staff.
