The staff is rude & they seem to be in a bad mood all the time. Ruins the vibe every single time. Coffee sucks & is never made the same. Sandwiches are good tho.

I have went to Baskin Robbins in Macomb twice in the last two months. On both occasions they have had the ingredients to make the ice cream I wanted but had it wrapped up up to an hour before closing and refused to make it.

I would not go here if you want good service! They made my drink incorrectly, and when I returned for a remake, the manager, Christian, said they made it right, and I was wrong, so they would not make me a new one. The only way I could get a new one was to buy one!? Getting yelled at on the way out was a nice touch!

Absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly! My daughter broke her wrist today all she wanted was pink ice cream. She got that in a unicorn cup with an edible unicorn horn! She had a blast and forgot all about her cast!! Amazing staff. Clean store. Great selection and prices. Great job all around!!!

Dunkin donuts are the best place for coffee and a fast breakfast. The Dunkin Midnight coffee is amazing. Hash browns are superb in flavor. I love the breakfast wraps. The service is great. Now with door dash this is even better.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've tried to give this place a shot several times and every time the staff is beyond rude. My last visit was the worst and this is the last time I will go to this Dunkin. There was also a hair in my bagel.....

Went through drive through at 6:08 pm and they wouldn't serve us any ice cream. They don't "close" until 7:00 pm and had already pulled all the ice cream! Terrible customer service. Linc was very rude. He even stuck his head out of the drive through window as we passed by and continued to be unprofessional and made offensive comments. He should be fired.
