Like a travel back in ti.e to the little family owned pizza place we went to in college. The menu, the decor, and the young waitstaff that appeared to be family or friends. Very friendly and happy to give recommendations from the old fashioned menu. We had the fried pickles sliced length wise and a terrific BLT " lil jimmy" pizza. Fun place to feel at home when out on the road.Kid-friendliness: No alcohol, so no worries about hard partying language

Gelsosomo’s is our favorite place to get pizza! The crust has a little that, buttery taste; and the sauce is awesome. Also love the antipasto salad.

Pizza's were good, they even have dessert pizza. Robbie our server was very nice asking about refills or if there was anything we needed. We did the lunch special, small salad, all you can eat pizza and a drink for a little over $12. Highly recommend!

Had what they call the “buffet” today for lunch. The hotboxes holding pizzas couldn’t see what they were and drying out the pizza and flavorless to say the least. If ordered fresh it might be a different review but for “lunch buffet” stay away and at $13 you will be disappointed. Positives was service was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. Clean and inviting and the side salad was the best part of the meal honestly it was delicious.

Solid pizza in a very small town. It's a chain, so I had an idea of what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised to see that it's largely the same as any other Gelsosomo's. Solid sauce, thin crust, nothing to complain about.Service was slow, but polite. Bathrooms could use a deeper clean, but were serviceable.Parking: Located off the main village square, can be busy, but there are a lot of free street parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Very large restaurant with good clearance for wheelchairs

Our last visit was a busy night as they had a group from WIU there performing, but the wait staff were speedy and very attentive, the food was made quickly and delicious as usual. Even the bartender who rang up our bill was very friendly and accommodating to my toddler who wanted to "help pay" for dinner.Kid-friendliness: They have a playroom that my kids love. It allows them to build, tumble and just be kids while waiting on their dinner.
