Pretty upset with Jimmy John's. Had a luncheon at work and they delivered this lettuce. Called them immediately and they said they would bring more. It's been over an hour now and still nothing from them. I always love jimmy John's but after this, not sure how much more I'll order from them.

Now I don’t understand why my sandwich bogus like this but it’s like that just threw anything on there very sloppy and my sandwich wasn’t even cut I asked for peppers they gave me one pepper like is you serious I’m disappointed and mad at whoever made my sandwich for real do better!!!!!

Sandwich was good, messy, I wish I would have said light on the condiments! Biggest complaint is, a few hours later I woke up with the stomach ache in the world, the bathroom has been my best friend, I haven’t been able to eat anything for 2 days. Just small sips of water. I had that Cajun chicken sandwich , and I will never eat that again.

I paid $10 for a sandwich that came with 2 pieces of ham, and I asked for oil and vinegar on my sandwich and it had just oil on the outside of the bread which made it hard to eat and ruined the flavor.

I have usually had good experiences with Jimmy Johns here. I usually pick up my own order, but on a few occasions, I have them deliver. Recently, whenever they deliver, whoever fails to knock on the door or notify us when the food is being delivered. My last order must have sat outside a bit too long before realizing I should check if my food was delivered. Thinking it couldn't have been out in the heat long, I did eat the sandwich. I was wrong and got a small case of food poisoning. This isn't necessarily JJ's problem as I should have known better, but in today's economy, I can't afford to let my food waste. I hope maybe this review will help improve delivery and make sure the driver is knocking and notifying instead of just placing on the porch and leaving without notice. Never have any bad experience with picking up my own sandwiches, so that is a plus!

Consistency is important. Jimmy Johns always delivers what they promise. Love the bread. Love the new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich!!! The dill pickles are also very delicious!!

I feel that I must write this review. Normally this Jimmy John's is as advertised, Freaky Good & Freaky Fast, however last night it was just a Freaky Failure. I ordered the new Itailian sandwich, added lettuce and cucumbers, cut in half. When I received the sandwich from delivery, it had NONE of the extras I ordered, didn't seem like all of the meat that was advertised was on it, and it looked like it was thrown together by a temperamental 4 year old and the stepped on. My wife's JJBLT was the same way. I understand that places are short staffed and busy, but that is NO reason not to follow the instructions provided on the order NOR a reason not to make sure the food being made is at least presentable when it goes out to the customer. I will honestly be thinking twice before ordering from this Jimmy John's again. VERY UNHAPPY.

I waited a whole hour for my one sandwich only to have it laying on the ground outside the bag with a hole in the paper. Very cool.
