The past two times I've come during lunch the vegetables have been bad wilted/transparent and sour and now I've bitten into my sandwich only to chew on something metal and plastic, I spit it out.Edit: I went in an explained everything to a manager Brindin and another young man and they absolutely resolved me of any negative feelings towards McAlister's as I go there all the time and refunded my $30 for my sandwich and salad and drink which I was completely okay with paying for sinc I drank it and nothing was wrong with it. They even tried to replace the entire thing for me fresh which was great. Thank you guys, solid young men with great attitudes.

Me and my Fiancé had order there last night, it was not good at all, but when I talked with the general manager this morning he was very nice and understanding. When it comes to fast food everything can be a hit or a miss. So when I talked with him and he was able to give us a what we needed , it showed how much they value their customers. Not only that the people are very nice there I love this place just had a bad experience which can happen to a lot of food places. So with the GM being understanding and reasonable it makes me want to go back, when I wasn’t feeling like that last night. I appreciate everything you guys do and how much customer service you guys show. Thank you for your hard work. This would not of been a nice review if it was for their General Manger. (P.S) way too much sauerkraut on the Rachel.

I ordered a grilled chicken club and they brought me a McAllister club which is very similar I admit so I thought maybe they knew better for me today. Well, I learned my selection was superior so at least I know that now. Broccoli cheese soup was on point as usual. The girl running the register seemed bored or indifferent to being there. Part of me wonders if she wasn't listening when I ordered and that's how i ended up with the wrong sandwich. Dining room was pretty quiet and I got to see a Doberman service dog which was a first.

I am amazed by how good the food is, but the prices could be lower. The workers seem very pleasant as well.

I ordered a baked potato with sour cream butter and bacon and green onions. They gave me a baked potato that was overdone. The potato peel was about a quarter inch burnt on the inside and a scooped-out have two potato through on chunks of red onion and two slices of bacon. No butter but the iced tea was good...Of course I go there because we have a limited selection here in Macomb Illinois. Today I ordered a cup of roasted vegetable soup and I got more like 3/4 of a cup. Can't remember the sandwich but I think it was turkey on ciabatta I got to say though the tea is delicious, the staff is a little young and they definitely need more training and customer service. But this is the new normal I'm almost becoming accustomed to it

Since I moved here I have had McAlister's several times weekly. This place is REALLY GOOD AND REALLY AMAZING! Reasonably priced food, so many options to try and their menu, and really great customer service.

Went through drive through, ordered mcalisters club sandwich, plain potato chips lemonade, and a chocolate chip cookie. What we got was a wrap of some kind, sea salt potato chips, a lemonade and a sugar cookie. Drove back a mile or so, went inside , told counter people how badly they messed up my order. No appologies from them, just excuses. They remade my order, which was fine, but please tell me how hard it is to read the sales ticket on the bag, put the right food in the bag, and get it to the right customer? Aparently to the employees at this location, the employee is never wrong.
