That was awful, the food tasted bad, i bought a burrito and added stuff on it. the steak was especially really bad. Im not sure why my steak was so chewy, it looked cooked extremely well done. It was extremely expensive for something to just taste that bad and be that cold.Chick-fil-a is right next door to it. I'd suggest going there instead, its cheaper, the foods warm, and it actually tastes good

I didn't have a good experience here. The workers didn't know how to make the menu items, unfortunately. They told me they didn't have steak and I had to point out that it was sitting in the bin in front of both of us. Gloves and masks were only half-worn at best. Food was messy; not appetizing. Two of my family's entrees had hair in them. I don't judge workers for being new to a job or lacking training, but this was an experience that made me question the quality and safety of the food.

Went in for a burrito. The Worker making the burrito whispers and have no enthusiasm at all. The cashier was walking around the kitchen and when he was reminded he’s a cashier he would say he I’ll be back and kept everyone waiting.

In University Union at Western Illinois University. This QDOBA has a limited menu compared to others in Illinois. They accept WIU Rocky Dollars. My food was alright, I disliked it and think the employee over added on items I wanted light. The Cholula Chicken was overcooked. Their soda machines are down.
