The staff is always playing friendly and always eager to help me with any obstacle I may encounter due to being in a wheelchair there's lots of obstacles to get through and the staff is always more than eager to help. In addition they also not just allow me to have my service dog but they're encourage it which makes me feel a lot more comfortable and more I have to go there.

We recently traveled from Wisconsin to Savannah, GA and passed through Mahomet, IL. We stopped at the Arby's restaurant (Arby's 7305). The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained. We stopped by the same Arby's on our return from Savannah a week later. Jenna H was the shift manager and she waited on us. She was friendly, helpful and greeted us warmly when she took our order. Again, the restaurant was very clean, the service was excellent and the staff very accommodating. This was one of the nicest Arby's we have ever visited. Please pass on our comments to the manager and to Jenna H. Thank you.

I pulled up and ordered the food I desired for the evening, and when I pulled up to the window, my bill jumped up eight dollars because apparently the people working did not know the difference between a meal and just a sandwich. If they would’ve handled it a little bit differently I don’t think I Would be as upset, but they almost made it seem like I was in the wrong with how I ordered. Not sure I’ll be returning here.

Absolutely amazing service! After waiting for some chicken tenders to fry up the rest of my order got....lost? I don't know, honestly I was waiting in the car enjoying a reprieve from the kids while watching the Blackhawks season opener on my phone. Most restaurants would have rushed a new order up, maybe thrown in a $2 gift certificate. This manager came out with a full refund, a profuse apology, and then my order. Didn't expect that at all, superior customer service.And on top of all this the cheesesteak was just amazing. Certainly not the best I've ever had, but easily the best fast food cheesesteak I've ever had.
Your roast beef is more red than here at home in Bloomington

horrible service. they got my order wrong not once not twice not the third time either but 4th.. 30 minutes for a simple half pound roast beef and still don't know the different between meal sizes.. get someone in there that knows what their doing instead of kids!
