Food is usually adequate, but I came in today for my usual coffee order, which is a hot French vanilla latte with extra creamer. Well, after having this same drink for 3 years or so, the manager and the cashier both were confused and said that it wasn't an option or whatever, but they could make it special order. Is this some kind of mandela effect? I'll order from other locations eventually to see if this is a here only situation. EDIT: The mclean location is *extremely* better and confirmed that the hot vanilla latte does exist, and he makes usually 1 per shift.

They can't seem to ever get my order correct... always missing sandwiches or incorrect order. This wasn't the first time... but I'll definitely try to make it the last. The prices are sky high especially for being wrong or missing items do better McDonald's! Seriously I don't think you even try. It's too bad, there aren't many fast food places near me. My sausage and egg biscuits ate way better at home! See ya

Went thru drive-thru, person at window tried to send us on our way with only one of our two orders. It appeared that paying for two orders was confusing for him.Sandwich was mostly condiments...could barely taste any meat. "Where's the beef?"

I ordered a double fish with extra pickles, tomatoes, lettuce and no tartar. They gave me 1 fish and cold fries. I went back with my receipt that showed what I ordered and asked them to fix it please. They gave me 2 fish with extra tartar and cold fries. My food was cold. Nobody greeted or spoke to me, overall it seemed like nobody there should be in the service industry.
Very disappointed. Stopped while traveling to grab coffee and cookies. We got one small cookie and it was not warm like they used to be. And the price should have gotten use at least two larger cookies.

Super fast breakfast Service ? Hashbrowns where slightly cold but not to bad. Great atmosphere for a small town McDonald's."Old Timers" hanging out in the lobby, eating Breakfast. And they have a small kids interactive area.

I waited for 30 minutes before going in and telling them I didn't have my order yet for them to tell me they had no record of my order. Then they used my receipt to make the order and left a burger out. Then I waited 10 more minutes for that burger to be made. 40 minutes for drive thru food. I will never go here again.Sanitizer was empty.Men's restroom was unlabeled. Something new and woke probably.
