“The dish came 5 minutes after ordering...it's surprisingly quick. The lamb shank was falling off the bone. Rice was cooked perfectly and the salad was fresh. No "wow" moment but it seemed like quality food.”

“My brother and sister-in-law were visiting from where they have made their home In Dallas, TX. All four of us grew up in Southern Illinois so we were interested in trying a bourbon bar in Alto Pass. We were not disappointed. I am not a bourbon person but the blueberry lemonade made with blueberry whisky was delicious. We had herb crusted goat cheese which was delicious. My sister-in-law and I shared red velvet bread pudding with whiskey sauce. Unbelievably good. The surroundings are comfortable and charming. The staff is friendly. I will be back.”

“Found this great breakfast cafe Monday morning after a terrible nights sleep at nearby hotel due to loud trains and trucks running all night. We needed a good breakfast but we slept in a bit late and just missed the hotel breakfast buffet that closed at 9! Then discovered that all the other nearby breakfast joints were closed on Mondays! Almost gave up on a decent breakfast and stumbled on Harbaugh’s a very unassuming looking place from the outside in a dead retail zone on a Monday morning. What a great find! Lively inside, with friendly staff and great tasting breakfast! Thank you for being there when we needed you most and had almost lost hope!Parking: In back.”

“We just visited the bakery for the first time yesterday. We had some of the best cookies and cinnamon rolls. We came because of her good reputation. We also bought cookies for a young friend who just had surgery. Her mom messaged me and said she didn't know who Heather is, but she makes the most amazing cookies, especially the cookies and cream cookie. My husband is also a very picky snacker and he said those were the best he every had. And.... the service was amazing too. We will definitely return.”

“Awesome carry out Chinese food! A quart of Pork Lo Mein and two egg rolls comes to $16.99 with tax. Enough for dinner for two and leftovers. Their food is always fresh and delicious. I order at the counter and it's ready in under 10 minutes! Highly recommended. (The plateful in my picture is 1/4 of a quart!)”

“Came for pizza after watching the eclipse and the poor place was getting obliterated. There were so many people but the staff was friendly and was working hard to get it done. The pizza wasn't my favorite but I'm picky and it's definitely me not them. I loved bringing home the cups as souvenirs.”

“I had placed a catering order for my friend’s birthday party and liked the service and quality of food offered by the ROK staff. I request kimchi jiggae which is not part of their regular menu. They were not only kind enough to make this for us but also gave it to us on the house. The owner worked with me throughout the process, helping me determine the quantity, making sure all individual’s dietary needs were met, and flexible if I needed to change the quantity of things. We ordered chicken and beef gimbap, japchae, spicy chicken, and tofu jiggae - pictured here. Everything was delicious ? tofu jiggae is perfect for these cold weather, and japchae and spicy chicken always a big hit with crowds. Do not hesitate if you are considering placing catering order. Visit their food truck for some of these delicacies ☺️”

“My son was visiting from California and we took him to SV. We had a very good time. This is one of my favorites. The downside was the music was too loud for a small amount of people. We could barely hear each other so we only had one drink.Only posting 4 stars because of that reason.”

I had 2 sopes because I thought they would be regularly sized... NO! They were HUGE! For such an amazing price! I couldn't finish them! Great salsas, great toppings. I have absolutely no complaints. The food was very good. 2 kinds of meat, mashed potatoes, 2 kinds of gravy, green beans, corn, and salad bar. We had cobbler and pie for dessert.Usually when we go there, the place is busy. Price was very good. Breakfast is available all day.Parking: Parking lot just outside the door. Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables were spaced well enough that a wheelchair could be used. Doors were average width.”

“The Producer was here…From the NW side of Chicago. The difference is, you’re far away from home, you aren’t familiar with your environment, and cooks have different cooking styles. “I have visited here four times and it has always been an enjoyable experience. Lately, the service is a bit lacking, but that may be residual from the covid lockdown.They are missing some wines they used to have that I loved, which they did not replace with anything similar.The tables are very close together so that you are obligated to talk to your neighbors- perhaps that is part of the ambiance? However, people have to move their tables over to let others move from their seats when they go to the bathroom or leave for the evening. It seems excessive. The prices are high enough that they could remove some seats for their visitors to be comfortable.”

“Chanisa's Thai dishes are excellent! Always a treat whether getting our regular dinners or trying something new. The spring rolls are really good, especially with Chanisa's homemade sauce. Also the desserts, the sticky rice with fruit, are a perfect ending!As for recommendations, there are several dishes not listed on the below questionnaire. The soups, other noodle dishes, etc. have all been great.”
