very friendly, if you friendly and not rude and ur patient they are very friendly common sense other then that they always have my order ready as soon as i come in very nice ppl just trying to do there jobs there not mind readers so u have to be specific with your drinks love this store !!
The best DD in the area. They are quick and professional. They were out of the bagel I ordered. They immediately gave me a refund in cash without my begging. Never had any sort of problem here.

Love having a Dunkin in Manhattan, but they force me to go to a different Dunkin. 3 different times over the past 6 months I order the original coffee grounds (3 bags) and they are always out. So frustrating! Order enough please!!!Staff not so friendly either, I know they are stressed, but smile!!
