First time at a Jimmy John's. The floor was not appetizing what so ever. It was sticky and I will be wiping my shoes off very thoroughly. It smelt really weird in there, there was a sign outside saying "free smells" which made me very uncomfortable. I ordered a BLT and I got a BLT because they gave me a BLT. It was exceptional for a BLT at a Jimmy John's. The person who ordered might need to work on some subtraction. The meat on my sandwich was saturated and muggy. My bread was chewy and weird textured. It looked like a toe that was burnt at the end. The lettuce was extremely cold so it wasn't good for me to ingest into my food bag. Would not recommend. Jersey mikes rules.

Not good at all. Service was good and employees were understaffed. Orders were mixed up and were out of bread. Bathroom was disgusting
