Super fresh, high quality ingredients. This place reminded me of the old days of phenomenal Chinese food places. They nailed it! Best place for miles and miles and miles.

This place has fallen off for sure. Especially the fried rice combos. The dumplings are absolutely disgusting basically all dough. All dinners are basically all batter and no meat. Soup is flavorless and filled with salt. I'd rather drive out of town for Chinese food.

Called ahead to order for take-out and by the time I got there my food was ready with 10 minutes. They don't have many seats however is usually never that busy and I definitely recommend dining in as the food will be the most fresh.
Good food, reasonably priced, great service, mostly takeout, minimal seating.

Everything tasted burnt, it stunk like cooking oil, even the rice tasted like old cooking oil. Nothing had any flavor to it. It just tasted like cooking oil. They didn’t want to give me my money back, they wanted to credit me for the next time. Like I would go back. My honest opinion the worst Asian food I’ve ever had.

For years we have been regulars at another area Chinese restaurant, but their quality has gone downhill so we decided to give Ming's a try. All four of us immediately saw the difference in quality when we opened our food. The pork fried rice and crab rangoon actually look homemade vs. the other place we went to. The portions are very generous- not a single one of us was able to finish it all. The sauce was thick and tasty. Most notable of all, the quality of meat. The chicken here was wonderful- soft and juicy with no hard crunchy bits hidden in the batter like the other joint we regularly went to. The prices are a little higher than I'd like to see- but who's aren't these days? And honestly for the quality it's worth the slightly higher bill. The only "complaint" one of us had was that the General Tso's wasn't hot enough (but nothing is hot enough for him) so if you like spice maybe ask for a little extra heat when ordering. All in all, 10/10 in our book. Can't believe we've put off going here for so long!

Food never fresh. Rice has dayyys old texture. Keep giving it a chance but always let's me down. Was better when it was HONGS.

3.5 stars.Good food. They have few tables inside to eat. The place IS NOT FANCY, so don’t take your date here unless she’s not picky. This place is more for pick up, delivery or in the last scenario, eat in. The toilet was clean BUT UNFINISHED (the tiles not grouted). The prices were between medium expensive and expensive. I was warned by the workers there that the menu prices are not accurate; so you never know the real price

After not having Ming’s for almost a year, we gave it another shot instead of driving out of town. Well, I’m STILL disappointed. Idk what this thing is that’s considered an egg roll. Every. Single. Time I’ve ordered they’ve gotten worse. Beef fried rice and chicken fried rice has no flavor. Cantonese were okay besides being burnt towards the bottom of the container (probably the best thing ordered). Crab Rangoons are just pretty much air and hard breading that could probably break teeth... All in all, we will continue to travel out of town for Chinese food, which is unfortunate. When Dickie ran the place, it was always awesome. ?
